I received my pkg quite fast. I was disappointed to find one of the dog collar lights(clip on) didn't work. I was glad I ordered light collars and clip on lights.

I always expect a dented can or 2 depending on how many I buy,..BUT; out of 96 cans OVER half were dented & many of them bad enough that I had a really hard time opening them: HOWEVER, they were not "bloated", and so far I haven't come across any compromised seals, & the packaging (padding) was acceptable, & the plastic OVER the bags was in good shape... So, for those reasons, the shipment gets 3 instead of 1.

The dented cans of cat and dog food are driving me crazy. It was five cans this time. I have to have someone help me open them with a manual can opener cause I almost broke my automatic can opener. I have to be vigilant since companies do change their formulas and since my dog has chronic pancreatitis, she is allowed a certain percentage of protein and fat.

I ordered the LED light in pink for my dog. I received it promptly and was happy with the product, but after only about 2 uses, it has started to act up. I turn it on, take her out at night, and after two or three minutes at the most, it goes off. It comes back on when I push the button, but then it goes off again, over and over. I was excited about having it, and really needed it. So I'm disappointed that it isn't working properly.

the automatic delivery is nice. but beware of what you order. i odered cat litter along with dog food. the lid of the cat litter box was ripped nearly half way around the top of the box and then box of litter was wrapped in a plastic bag and put in the shipping box. when i opened the shipping box and went to get the cat litter box out of it, there was lots of cat litter dropping everywhere. i thought the first time was a fluke, so i didnt say anything. but the same thing occurred with the second delivery and in fact, about a 1/4 of the litter was spilt and inside the bag and shipping box and litter was falling out of the cracks even of the outside shipping box. i sent an email to customer service and they apologized and said they understood why i was removing cat litter from my biweekly order, but there was no offer of reimbursement for the lost litter.

Canned food arrived dented multiple times.

I ordered a t-shirt for my husband for his birthday. The graphics are excellent tho' the size seems to run a little small and the quality of the material is less than I expected. It's thinner than I'd like and I'm not sure how it will hold up over many washings. I don't plan to order any more.
