I ordered for the first time from PetFlow. I had entered a coupon for a 15% discount for my first order and I was quite surprised to see once my order was placed the discount was not applied. I will not order from PetFlow again and I also will not recommend Petflow to anyone

I was calling about a previous credit I had on my account and the wrap was Kurt and rude and talking over me and I still not feel like my total price was correct I wishyou could listen to the phone call I am in customer service on the phone and if I spoke to my customers the way he spoke to me I would not have a job today I feel like that I was overcharged by $9.30and should be compensated to keep my business for the insulting service I received

I was referred to Pet Flow and told their service was great! I had a coupon so I decided to try, I order 60lb bundle of dog food and received in just a couple days, very impressed delivery! But upon opening, both bags looked to be shredded by some sort of rodent, there was food all inside the box and now, have no place to store. Immediately called, and they had a replacement shipment sent, received just a couple days later, again, impressive on delivery, once again, opening box, top bag was intact, bottom bag, sliced open! 3 out of 4 bags, very disappointing!!!! The shelters wont accept ripped or open bags, what a waste! I will never again order from Pet Flow again!!!

They do not let you cancel on line. You must call them.

The representative I talked to said I have a loss loss for me. It was a computer problem. I have returned my Bully sticks that I did not order. You tell me that will cost me over $14.00 dollars to return an unopened box. I have to pay return shipping for something I did not order. I am part of a group that breeds show dogs. I will share with all I can for your lack of understanding and poor handling of the problem. I purchase a lot of doggie things and will not use Pet Flow again.

I ordered a Midwest dog crate and it never came. Instead I got an advertisement for a credit card sent from Pet Flow with my order information. I talked to customer support, they said they would set up a FedEx trace on it. A couple weeks went by and I didn't hear anything so I contacted them again, they claim they are still waiting to hear back on the trace. I am still waiting on my crate or refund. I will not be ordering anything from them in the future and do not recommend them. Too much hassle to save a few bucks.

I ordered because I had a coupon and thought it would be worth trying out for the convenience. I applied the coupon and on my check-out page it showed the coupon worked (15% off and free shipping). I was asked if I accepted these charges. I answered yes. Then on the next page I was charged full price and shipping. Upon emailing the company I was told the coupon was only good for orders $50 or more (I had missed this small print). It would have been great if the coupon would have errored when I entered it, rather than looking like it was applied, but then retracting once I accepted the price.

Hello Pet Flow, My order arrived this weekend. I was hoping that I would like your products......but I do not. First, you sent the 4 items in a HUGE box......a total waste of resources. The 4 items could have fit into a box a quarter of the size. Second, the 6 inch bully sticks are VERY VERY thin. What a disappointment. Third, the braided bully sticks are also VERY VERY thin. I'm not asking for my $ back, and will feed my dog the bully sticks, BUT, I will not do business with your company again.
