I placed my order on November 16th. The portion shipped from Royal Canin arrived on Nov. 29th and PetFlow reported issues with getting a verbal okay from my vet during Thanksgiving week. The remainder of my order, which was shipped from Petflow, didn't arrive until the 30th. My original confirmation email from Petflow said my order would begin processing on Monday, Nov. 19th, yet I received no further information on shipping until I complained on Friday, Nov. 23rd. Seems to me like it just got spaced out.

Website showed I had ordered a large size toy. On last screen, it was reflected as small and I was unable to change the size and of course, got the small shipped. Petflow did send the large and I returned the small. THEN the other item I ordered had the shipping address wrong so I never got the item. It is being reshipped. Why can't things go smoothly??? I did email Pet Flow's contact email and within a day received a nice response. Therefore great customer service! We love our pet!

The lights are great for visibility at night. However, they are difficult to turn on and off and one of the clips broke after just a couple of days. The time from order to arrival was shorter than I expected. I also, liked that I could track my order.

Bag looks like no name and was broken. Customer service wants just money. Nothing special for me.

The night lights was not working and stuff was made in Chine.

Product was not what I expected.

We made our first order which included some food that needed to be approved by our vet. The vet-finder was neat but it does not work on an iPad, so I had to start my order over on my computer. I placed the order and was notified that the vet would need to be contacted before the order could ship. That was the last I heard for over over two weeks. The website showed that my order had been placed but no information was available on shipping or status. I finally contacted the company and asked about the status of my order and they indicated that it took a while for my vet to confirm. Some communication that there was some sort of delay, either on the website or an email would have given me a lot more confidence in my first order with petflow.com.

they're very bright especially on my street, we only have street lights at the corners. they're easy to hook to the dog's collar. but they are extremely difficult to turn on/off. I have to use both hands to get it to turn on/off. I ordered 5 blue lights, and I tried 2 different ones and they're both the same, very hard to press to turn on/off. I have other blinking lights for my dogs that are red, (not as bright) but all you have to do is push on the top to turn on/off. I'm able to do it with one hand. if it weren't for the difficulty turnning on/off they would be great.
