The service is outstanding. The red meat Blue Buffalo dry food is the first food I could trust and get my ailing Lab to eat even on her own. I ordered a case of moist food but she won't touch it.

My billing/mailing address is different from my physical address. My order was delayed, as Petflow would not deliver to my PO box. I understand this but should have been prompted to provide my physical address when ordering, as some companies will tell you up front that they do not deliver to a PO box.

Products were as shown for the most part and shopping was quick. Prices were good but it's still good to compare a few things. Cat treats were cheaper in the store. Everything else was great!

I like petflow for the excellent variety of brands. we almost always meet the requirement for free shipping, which is a nice bonus. we live in the middle of nowhere and being able to order the heavy bags of food to come to me is a great convenience!

Took abit of time to get vet's approval to ship the prescription food, but otherwise great prices, customer service reps were all very helpful and kept me informed and up to date regarding my order.

It was probably my fault but I never saw the box to check what color I wanted, but the default color was shipped to me. If the "Order" page required the shopper to make all selections without any defaults then It would have stopped me and told me I had not selected a color.
