PetflowReviews of petflow.com

The brush is a waste as i have a cat and does not like it too rough and he likes combs. so i will give it to someone with a dog i guess. the bracelet is impractical. however the treats and toy is a hit and great. i will buy them in the future. I will cancel the monthly package so i can get the items form petflow i want for my cat instead of getting items not practical for a 14 yo cat. be nice if you asked for info about animal to meet needs . thanks any way for giving us a chance to try new items that is great

I really ordered the salmon but the dog seems to like your bison and venison combo.

I placed an order for 2 blue 3 pink led collar tags. When I received the order only the pink was received. I was only charged for the pink.. But an email to let me know the blue wasn't shipping would have been nice. Or given the option to take the white ones for my boy dogs would have been great . Now it's to close to Xmas and I'm not sure they'd be received in time. I will not be placing an order again.

First, they should offer a spoiled rotten dog/cat combo because a lot of people have both and cannot afford both. Next, I did try the cat spoiled rotten program but cancelled after only one delivery because it had too many food items. Spoiling to me means fun--toys, surprises and maybe ONE food treat. And it had a brush....really, a brush (?). Also, I did not feel it was worth the $40 as advertised but I was not familiar with those food items and my cats can't eat a lot of different foods (like most) or they will get upset tummies. I thought it was going to be TOYS,

The 2 lights I got work fine, but I was charged for the 4 I ordered with no explanation. Are they on backorder or what? That would be nice to know.

I ordered something that went out of stock and they did not communicate that. They sent the smaller order(with a shipping fee) which I did not have when I spent over $50 like I planned. They did return my shipping fee when asked, but they should not have charged it at all. They should have told me and given me the option to add something to my order before they shipped... Don't they know what they have in stock at the time of the order?

The product selection and pricing is good. I ordered 2 products which were came up as separate charges on my credit card - probably because they were shipped as two packages. Both charges on the credit card were incorrect by a small but significant amount. Fortunately I noticed this in a timely fashion. The customer service representative was pleasant, and although he provided several incorrect explanations for the discrepancies, he did issue me a credit. He did not offer any explanation for the mischarges.

Product not as heavy as expected, Lightweight and kinda dissapointed
