I recently left another site which I had been on autoship with to purchase Limited ingredient treats for all of my basset hounds. This was my first experience with pet flow and they were delivered quickly and packaged correctly (which was my problem with the other site). It did seem to be a-lot of broken up treats in the bags and being that it appeared much effort was put into shipping...I do wonder if they were in that condition when they were shipped. That would be my only complaint

If you're buying cat or dog food, the site is easy to use if you know what brand, etc. you're looking for. But--the site is sometimes difficult to use. For instance, if you're looking in the sale/blowout area, there's no way to sort thru it other than choosing "cat" or "dog". There are some fabulous deals there if you're patient & just go thru them all. I've found customer service to be very helpful, pleasant, with perhaps only a very short wait to speak to someone.

We've never had a problem with them.

Got a Black Friday coupon for $15 off but when I tried to apply it online, it would say "coupon applied" but it didn't. Called the customer service and they pushed the coupon through. Even though the end result was great, I gave them 4 stars because I think the coupon trick is a little shady.

I chose them on black Friday with the special, The shipping was free but adding a 12 pack of canned dog food in with a 44 pound bag of dog food resulted in a broken bag of dog food due to the 12 pack puncturing a hole the size of the 12 pack, in the bag. A lot of tape and the bag is hole. I also ordered cat food that requires a vet prescription and they were packed great, they were shipped in separate boxes packed with airplus packing material.Yes I will continue to order through them for there fast and convenient service and good prices.

The food arrived a lot faster than I anticipated it to. I was able to take advantage of a great Black Friday promotion, so the price was really great. However, two of the cans (out of 48 - 2 packs of 24) were damaged in the shipping, one of which had popped open due to the package being dropped, smashed, or otherwise damaged. I'll be in contact with PetFlow to make sure they know this happened. I'm glad to have found this alternative to buying food from the veterinarian where it's more expensive.

Got the rug and was not impressed by color, it is much lighter than the picture shows. It looks like a light brown in picture but is tan or beige color. The rug so far is doing the job of getting the first few tracks of mud. It really needs to be even larger, but then gets too $$$. So far it is doing what it is suppose to do. Worth the price!

Decent price for quantity purchased. Would like to see reoccurring option in buying based upon when customer wants to purchase, not by default of 2 weeks, 3 weeks etc. I only get paid twice per month and would to see an option to purchase according to my pay dates. Thank you.
