Unacceptable I place an order one month before Christmas so I would have all my items before christmas. However, when I received my order it was not complete but all the items were check off. I did not hear anything so I called and said my order was not complete, they said they will look into it. I received an email a week later saying my order was not complete and they will send me the missing items. did not receive the item until mid January. Unacceptable!!!

I wasn't happy at all with my transaction. First, I received an email that certain dog foods were going in sale. I made a purchase and what I thought was funny was that I didn't get a purchase receipt. A few days later I received an email that they didn't have the food and issued me a refund. Why even advertise the food in the first place or did they not want to sell the food at the discounted price? A good company would have said, we'll give you the food at the sale price when it comes in. When I emailed them, I didn't even get a response.

Terrible experience based on competitors timely ordering system

I was so excited to receive my package after it took two weeks to be delivered due to no inventory of the ordered items. When I opened the package, I could not believe my eyes. Shampoo and Conditioner was all over the dog treats due to nothing being wrapped or sealed. A waste of money and I will never order from them again!

FACT: Order placed 1/1/15 using 15% discount. FACT: Order confirmed 1/1/15 at 6:33pm. FACT: 13 hours later PetFlow sends email saying confirmed order not in stock, will monitor daily and ship as soon as possible. FACT: Requested status of order 1/5/15; no reply. FACT: Requested status of order 1/9/15; no reply. FACT: PetFlow sends email 1/13/15 saying "order wasn't sent to our verification team correctly and had to be canceled out as unverifiable" and "please simply place the order through the site again." So, what is the truth? Was the item ever out of stock? More likely, the process is broken and nobody cares about the customer.

I purchased 41 items from them and they told me that I would receive all of my items when I called them the a couple days later they sent me emails deleting items that I had ordered. I finally only received 27 items. That's not what I ordered
