Cans were dented and bag of food was spilled all over with a gaping hole in it.

This is the second site I have ordered cow ears from and the quality here was horrible. My dogs even know the difference. Will be going back to other site and no longer ordering from Pet flow

Had to go to local pet store to buy dog food because they didn't deliver when promised.

Very dissappointing that my order was shipped out wrong twice. The customer service needs to know their product and read labels.

I am not happy with this delivery. The food didn't look good, I had requested to send it back to Pet Flow and refused. I had to throw everything and lost money on that. I won't order food anymore from Pet Flow. The past deliveries were good and I liked it.

I purchase two bag of Off the Leash Stix. They were as hard as a rock. My dog was choking on them. I had gotten this product in my Bark Box and wanted to get more. I will buy the next round from bark box there was soft and fresh. Easy for my dogs to chew.

Great customer service. Fast and acurrate shipping .however, it was packaged without any packing material at all. 4 were dented so bad they were not usable. Many others were also damaged.

I find it very upsetting that a customer cannot cancel their own auto delivery program online. You guys are the only ones that don't allow online program cancelling and I figured out why. You want to haggle and negotiate with the customer to keep them from canceling. I sent an email to your customer service to cancel and they were prompt to reply initially asking the reason for canceling. I replied again explaining why and told them to cancel my program effective today....then nothing...no emails. I followed back up with them after noticing my program still active. After a few back and forth with them they finally canceled it and said "sorry for the confusion about canceling"..what confusion??? There was no confusion on the canceling , I told you to do it and you didn't until I harassed you to do it!! It is obvious they were stalling thinking I would forget. I will no longer do business with PetFlow again. This has put me off of ordering anything from this site. Unfortunately you are not the only show in town and for that you should be more proactive with your customer service.
