I have found petflow's prices to be unbeatable and their shipping to be unbelievably quick in the northeast region of the USA. Their core product (pet related items online, delivered quickly) is unbeatable. Areas of improvement: 1. the website is a bit clunky and hard to search/delimit. While there is great selection amongst the top choices for dog food, the same can't be said of the dog treats/toys. 2. Petflow's shipping information isn't a direct link to the UPS/FedEx shipping site, instead it uses an intermediary. This is annoying because google can't pick up the tracking number from the email and tell me when the package will arrive, instead I'm forced to use the intermediary site.

Service and product delivery was just fine but now I have products which I would be returning for a refund if I purchased them locally. My dogs both got ill from the high fiber treats I purchased. Making the purchase to save $10 was not worth it at all. I just need to shop local at least I can get a refund when the treats do not agree with my dog's system.

Fast, easy to order and pricesee are on track with other online sites.

The order was received prior to Christmas. Ir was as ordered. The only thing that I did not like was the box was marked all over with PetFlow. Guess they knew what their present was when FedEx delivered it. It would have been nice if the box could have come unmarked. However the items were as desired. The box being marked is the only reason I did not rate them as 5 Stars.

I had a fairly good experience with Petflow. I found my dogs' food that I couldn't find in stores after a move for the same price I used to spend at the store. I received a phone call shortly afterwards asking me if I would like to save about $5 a month by signing up for automatic shipping. While I thought this was a good deal she applied the discount to my current order and it ended up being a $1 more since it deactivated the 12% off code for my first order. That really is my biggest complaint that it cost me more without being made aware, although I know it was only $1. I'm still willing to stick it out for another few months in hopes that I will enjoy the service.

The convenience of getting the same food delivered on a regular basis with free shipping is great. My only annoyance is that they will not let you cancel an order or "program" on their website. You can edit it to your heart's content, but you have to call or email to cancel the orders. We've gone through a lot of food changes with our dogs recently, and it's a little frustrating to have to add the new food to the program and then delete the old food. It would be easier if you could just delete the program and start a new one from the site.

It was nice having home delivery; I will be better prepared for order to delivery timeframe in future.Wasn't bad just a little longer than planned.
