I stated using PetFlow after I saw it recommended by Zac George. After a few orders, I decided to order a Thurdershirt from them for my daughter's dog who is very nervous during thunderstorms. The website states that they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if it does not work. However, when I contacted PetFlow about returning it, they informed me that they only accept returns for 30 days. Unfortunately, being winter, we did not have any thunder during this 30 day period so I could not test it. I am really disappointed with PetFlow customer service and that they do not honor guarantees. see PetFlow website: PLEASE NOTE: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on this product. Horrible service, never received order

They will ABSOLUTELY BURY YOU in advertising and unsolicited solicitations across multiple media. THESE SOLICITATIONS HAVE NO 'UNSUBSCRIBE' FEATURE SO YOU ARE JUST STUCK WITH THEM, AND IF YOU GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF CONTACTING THEM THEY WILL ****NOT***GIVE YOU SATISFACTION. Avoid like the plague!!!

I ordered 2 large light up dog collars. When they came I received 2 mediums that had dead batteries. Called and they said they would send out new order. I thought great thst was easy. Then I recieved the new order and once again I received 2 mediums that didn't work again . I hope they can fix this soon.

I called PetFlow several days ago to mention how I was unsatisfied with my first experience. The solution the service rep gave me was unsatisfactory and I asked to speak with a manager. I was told that there wasn't a manager available but that one would call me back. I left my information and have recieved no call to date. I will not be back and I will be telling my friends with pets to stay away.

Shirts were very poor quality for the high price!! Not happy!

I have tried ordering prescription pet food twice, and I'm hesitant to order a 3rd time. At my first attempt, I called after 5 days of no food being shipped. The lady was very nice, and she said sometimes the vets just don't reply. I could see that happening since I go to a very busy vet office. She recommended having the vet call or mailing the script. I went to the vet the very next day (Sunday) and got the script. I placed it in the mail Monday morning. Wednesday, I received an email from PetFlow telling me that it was canceled. I blamed it on timing, and I submitted an email through customer support. The woman was very nice, and she said she alerted VetSource that I had mailed in the physical prescription and to reference the new order number with the script when they receive it. Two days after this, I received notice from PetFlow that they canceled the order stating that my vet claimed my dog is overdue for a physical exam. This is not the case since I mailed a physical script from my vet. Additionally, my dog is on a prescription for anti-seizure meds which prohibits us from refilling without regular physicals. I love the idea of getting this food at a discount and also having it delivered, but this has been a ridiculous hassle spanning a couple weeks. Not worth the time or energy I have wasted.
