I had to return two collars that were the wrong size. They did the return/exchange for the correct size but failed to mention there would be an additional charge on my account. The charge was actually les than the original order and actually I should have just gotten a credit of 5 dollars.. However, NO ONE informed me of this happening and it was an unpleasant surprise. To mention I am still waiting for the original 20 dollar order to be credited back to may account .

I ordered two boxes of food; I received one. The other one I had to call for a follow up and wait another week to get it.

I clearly stated that this order be shipped to my home address and used our business address for the billing! Sure enough, it went to our business. It is and was not convenient for it to be shipped there for many reasons!!!

Given the choice of when to ship, I picked "next week". Instead, order arrived in 3 days, well before when I wanted it to arrive. Makes one wonder whether you care about my needs. This was my first experience.

Ordering what I wanted was easy.However, the blue blinking safety lights for my dog's collar, work for 5 mins and then go black.I am unable to turn them on again.I realize they were on clearance, but still expect them to work properly. My other items were just what I expected.

I would like to have the price per pound shown w/ the price of the bag of dog food. Also, I never got a summary of the items/food ordered and the total price for each bag as delivered. AND, I never got my original 10% off for a new customer. I had placed my first order and then had to cancel. When I next placed my order I was told I had used my "first order 10% discount" which I had NOT. I tried to call to resolve the problem but lines were down die to storms. Not too certain 'll be re-ordering from petFlow again.

I ordered little lights to put on my dogs collar and ordered white but got Blue instead- not worth the hassle to return but disappointed

When I originally placed my order it was because I received an email for a great special. 10.00 dollars off if I bought two large bags of my dogs' usual food. When I checked the invoice I found I did not receive the discount. I sent an email wondering why I did not get the 10.00 dollars off. I got the runaround from Janna the rep. and was not pleased. So, I was disappointed in that aspect. When I received the shipment I found that it was incorrect and that was quickly rectified over the phone. A pleasant surprise after the emails I had been getting. I'm still not sure if I want to continue with the auto- delivery. We'll see how the next shipment goes
