when you make an offer and tell Me I got it but then on the page you give a total 30.00 higher I don't need your service.

0 Stars would be better. I heard about Petflow from one of Zak George's videos and figured I would give it a shot. Coupon codes "worked,", was given a grand total of about $127., clicked submit, and the NEW TOTAL was $170!!?? I called customer service and they said that code can only be used with auto ship. Well, wouldn't that have been nice to know up front before I submitted? The website gave me a total of $127 but after I submit it, it's $170? How can a coupon work and then not work after you click submit? They did not have any alternative codes to offer, not even a new customer coupon code so I canceled, unsubscribed, ordered from PetFoodDirect, and saved a lot of time and money with them.

WE ordered chicken and sweet potato formula dog food and received duck and potato! Guess there is no quality controller or shipping manager checking that the right product was shipped.

I've received 15 emails but no food. Can we try harder to contact the Vet. As my dogs HOTSPOTS get Worse. 3 weeks have passed. Zero stars rating thus far. Thx

I ordered from Petflow for the convenience of having my dog food delivered to my door. However, it was delivered to the wrong place and we had to go pick it up anyway. Also, the price for the particular dog food I ordered was $10 cheaper on Amazon.com.

very dishonest people who didn't honor coupon, and then wouldn't cancel order. Never will I buy from this company. Do not send future emails

It was my second order with this company. While the order shipped very quickly and the dog food was very fresh, I will find somewhere else to take my business. The company raised their prices on the dog food , while offering free shipping. Well if you raise your price then your really not offering {free shipping}. They also advertised coupons in their almost daily emails they send out and then didn't accept the coupons. Not worth my time! Suppose to be easier to have my large bag of dg food delivered, but too much aggravation.

The worst! Had to place order FOUR TIMES and they still botched it. Will not be ordering again.
