PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I ordered my usual bag of dog food and decided to get treats also.2 bags of USA made rib tendons with no added ingredients...what I thought would be good for my dogs. They were NOT at all what I expected and splintered when the dogs chewed them. Customer service was great in handling the matter giving me credit on both bags without a return being required. Pet flow makes pet supply puchases easy!

4 stars instead of 5 due to dented cans shipment came fast and price is good. Next time if cans are dented I will send them back. My husband didn't know and threw them away.

The original problem was FedEx's fault, but how PetFlow handled reflects poorly on their CS. Package was delivered to the wrong address on 12/24, so I called PF to let them know we didn't receive it. The first CS rep I spoke with was apologetic and handled professionally by starting an inquiry with Fed EX to find our missing package. When I still had not received the package, I called on 12/31 and Brittany was less than helpful and very unprofessional. I called at 8:00 in the morning and she said she would check with Fed Ex "later that afternoon because she was very busy!" This is after my package was already a week late! In our next conversation, she told me the package was not found so she was going to resend it. I asked her to expedite shipping (we needed the dog food asap at this point) but she said she was unable to do that. When I called Fed EX for more info on my lost package, they said they would actually pay to have it expedited because it was their mistake, but Pet Flow had to request them to do so! This CS rep needs to not work for your company if you pride yourself on good service. She was awful! Thanks to her lack of help (and refusal to get me a supervisor..."none in") I won't receive the needed food until 1/5! UPDATE: I called back to cancel my autofill of dog food and received very good CS. I believe the experience I had is an isolated case with one particular CS rep. All others have been very professional and service has been good otherwise. Upgraded from 2 stars to 4 to reflect my overall experience.

Ordered 4 bags of catfood with free shipping and discount. They had only 3 instock, which they shipped free quickly. But I would have preferred that the put the remaining bag on backorder and shipped that one for free since it was part of the original order. Instead, I had to go to a local store to stock up.

Package arrived ahead of expected delivery date. Product box was squished, maybe during delivery. The product inside was fine.

I found the website a bit odd to navigate through and I kept getting sent to DOG when I would click on CAT. It all got worked out, but seemed a bit awkward. On the flip side, after my purchase, I received a phone call from a Customer service to confirm the purchase, shipping address, and checking to see if there was anything else that I needed. I was duly impressed with this personal outreach. I will continue to purchase product from PetFlow

I ended up calling to place an order because I could not see how to place an order with a different billing address and delivery address on the web site. I was told they are redoing the site and I certainly hope that is true.

Thank you for your good service; the order was received when promised; however, the.99 venison jerky was so hard it was inedible. I will order the Orijen dog food again. Again Thank you..
