Petflow.com has a good breadth of products and the automatic deliveries are very helpful. I would prefer that the shipping was faster but I've learned to adapt my delivery schedule. Unfortunately, the process of accurately and securely packing your shipment is frequently problematic. Boxes often arrive with their seams about to burst and items that are supposed to be shipped are not. I question whether leaving items out is done on purpose as leaving the items out often drops you below the free shipping threshold. Each time I contact customer service, they respond quickly and they tell me the shipping charges will be credited. It would be better if I got my complete order and didn't have to contact customer service and then have to check my credit card receipt to verify the credit.

My dog had the toy torn up in 5 min. It was not sturdy at all. He didnt like the peanut butter biscuits, I will like to experience a couple more boxes before i make a final review.

Got here in good shape, but took over a week to be delivered... wag.com gets here in 1-2 days for the same price!

I use to get my orders in a couple days but lately it has been slower and slower. My order from a week ago today has been sitting at FEDEX ten miles from my house for several days accordiing to the website. I stopped using my old dog food company because they were too slow, and you all were great someone needs to findout why it is now taking so long to receive orders.

The monthly surprise is okay but duplicating the same items is not. Please find something else instead of repeating the same item. Decent prices - fast shipping but needs to expand product line.

Too often cans arrive dented. Lately, bags of Wellness Wellbites have not arrived with standing order, with no notification.

I thought I was getting $10 off. Then I realized after my order was placed it was only for first shipment of auto delivery. $15 cheaper at my local dog feed store. They do have a good variety of natural treats.

I got the Spoiled Rotten Cat surprise box which was not worth the cost in my opinion. I have also had delivery problems because my apt. number has not been given correctly - 120 instead of 12.
