Good prices on canned dog food (Merritt brand).. lower prices then petco and petsmart, however some cans were a bit dented...

.Was disappointed with the product as it contains duck and turkey making it close to a 50/50 ratio. Was looking for a product with just duck or duck and sweet potato with very few if any additives. My dog eats them ok but am not sure she enjoys them as much as the ones I bought previously.

My order was slow in coming, and I wouldn't have cared so much except it had dog food in it that I needed. I got everything I ordered, but everything that was on the bottom of the sizable box got crushed and broken-so badly that I couldn't use any of it. I immediately called PetFlow.com and got excellent service. The woman that I talked with was pleasant and gave me credit for the items that were ruined. This problem has to do with the packaging department. The box was worn, and the cushioning was non-existent except for light plastic bubble around the sides. This isn't good enough when UPS throws deliveries at your front door. If my order had come in good shape I would have given PetFlow.com five stars.

I received my order in a timely manner and the price was much cheaper than purchasing at a pet store!

Great customer service!

The prices and service are both good. My only disappointment is with the communication with an incomplete order. I ordered ten bully sticks and received a note that the manufacturer would not be able to complete the order. I was promised a refund. I did receive half the order. It would be nice if I was told that product would or would not be available at a later date. It's not that big of a deal as I'll just check back in the future for availability.

The fountain has a nice clean look. The noise from the motor is minimal. The filter gave the water such a bad taste I had to remove it even after rinsing it as instructed and running the water through it for a week, changing the water daily. It seems to run ok without the filter. Hopefully it continues. Thanks

I found Pet Flow through Amazon.com and have been ordering my dog's prescription Royal Kanin s/o for quite awhile, using the auto-refill feature. Wouldn't you now that after my last shipment of Royal Kanin left the dock, my vet changed my dog to Hill's s/d (canned food). So I am stuck with 7 (?) lbs of dry food that I cannot feed my dog for the time being. I read that prescription food could not be returned but this box of food has never been opened since it was delivered. Do you think I could return it for a credit since I am now buying Hill's from you?
