Ordered food with plenty of time to replace current dwindling supply but shipment delayed and redirected to a different center. Had to go to local pet store to buy another bag until it arrived. Only days after I ordered it, it then ironically goes on sale. Found it at the pet store for same price as online but no risk of it not showing up on time. Probably will just buy it locally unless it goes on sale online again when I'm looking to replenish.

After screwing up and forgetting to ship my original order, I was guaranteed that they would overnight a replacement. Surprise, the replacement order was never shipped. Could be the worst company I have ever dealt with

Disappointed to be writing this but place my order 12 days ago and still haven't received the items. Talked to customer service yesterday and they referenced something about "it had to be shipped from an alternate facility"...which still shouldn't take 12 days. I have autodelivery for dog food but this was a one-time order. Not really pleased with how Petflow is handling this one.

Took two weeks to place the order and I was charged three times for an order that should have cost $175 and my credit card was charged $388.65! The person on the phone tries to be helpful. I ordered K9 advantix 6 pack and got 2 pack. Very disappointed experience. Will not go back to Pet Flow.

I had a coupon for 25% off and placed an order online. The system showed my discount but when I hit submit the discount came off and I was charged for the full amount. I called and was told that they would need to see what happened and would contact me in 3-4 business days. I did not hear back from them so called back a week later. I was then told that the coupon was for autoship and since I did not sign up for autoship that it would not apply. This coupon was for first time customers, which I was. I did not select autoship when I placed the order so the discount should not have shown on the screen in the first place, nor did I see the verbiage on the coupon that it needed to be autoship. The customer service rep was not willing to credit the discount to me even after I told him I would not do business with them any longer.

I purchase 3 bags of dog food one of them was in clumps so I called and was told if my dog got sick call back but otherwise they can't do anything about it. Thanks Petflow $70.00 down the drain.
