PetflowReviews of petflow.com

The ease of ordering is great! The delivery time has been great. However, the images shown on the website definitely do NOT match what I have ordered. I have ordered a variety of bully sticks and only one of them actually comes close to the image. If there's anything I would suggest, it would be either change the pictures to match what is actually sent, or change the product to match the pictures. A "Gourmet bully stick" that shows up thinner than my pinky when the photo shows the thickness of a Jumbo is disappointing because my dogs get about 1/2 of what I was expecting from the photo.

Customer service handled my issue well

Petflow is good, their prices are okay. Delivery is good. I would recommend their services.

order pet food on line , recieved order in three days short and sweet

Awesome value of products got a whole box of American made chews for 20$. Had a email referring me to the site saying I'd get 10$ off. Emailed the company. Then send a copy of the email. Have not heard back

Took advantage of their massive reduction in price for dog and cat treats and received the items ordered without any issues.

I'm a long time PetFlow customer. Our relationship has not been without its glitches, but their customer service is top notch and they've always been willing to fix/solve problems. The website is buggy - they seem to constantly be changing/updating it and it can be challenging to change programs. Gift cards are entered as "coupon codes" instead of payment forms, rendering other coupon codes for discounts unusable (why should you be "punished" by using a gift card that you were given and not able to use discounts??). Bags have come damaged or torn in the box (esp cat food which tends to be packaged in paper rather than poly bags), and cans are always dented/banged up. NOt sure what that's all about. But, overall, their prices are good, deliveries timely, and customer service very friendly and personalized.

The food we received for our cats was accurate, and delivered in a timely manner. There is a high probability that my wife and I will be using your service again. Thank you very much!
