Good product.. Needs to be waterproof!!

I have purchased both the Pet Lights and a laser light...two of the pet lights had dead batteries...they have since replaced those with ones that work...which is fine. Recently I received a laser pointer, it too came with dead batteries. I understand the volume PetFlow does...HOWEVER< sending your customers itends with dead batteries is still inexcusable, even if you later replace them. We wait for our order then we either have to buy batteries or wait for the item to be replaced.

My first purchase was some duck treats. The tracking site link in the shipping email stated it was coming via Fed Ex however final delivery was via USPS. The tracking information showed extremely slow progress. I hope my future purchases arrive in a more timely manner.

The company and shipping process are both wonderful, and the concept is excellent, but I see a couple of flaws - perhaps if I point them out, the end product can be improved on. It would be fantastic if there were not only dog/cat boxes, but minor profiles so that the contents can more closely match the pet/s it is being shipped to. Examples - dog - large dog? small dog? young adult? older adult? puppy? likewise - cat - young adult? kitten? older adult? Reasons - a small dog toy would not be appropriate for a large dog, and while small dogs may be able to play with large dog toys, there would be the option for them to choose the small dog spoiled pet box, to get appropriate sized items...if you sent a small toy to a large dog, there would be a chance for them to swallow it, causing issues. If you send a teeny rawhide to a large dog, same issue. Kittens/young adult cats - far more playful than older adults typically, an older cat might like a nap blanket, a brush, some tasty treats - a younger cat would like toys, tasty treats. You could also include age appropriate supplements if you added this to your profile. In my last box, Just a few thoughts to improve upon something that is already pretty fantastic. You could also get some profile information on the humans, then you could include a random promotional human product as well, say a t-shirt or magnet... Thanks!

cool concept, need to work on inventory management. They ran out of an item we tried to purchase and we found out after it shipped.

The Spoiled Rotten Box was nice, but our dog (Bichon) had stuffing everywhere with the toy, it only lasted about 20 minutes. She only liked one box of the treats and there were no chews, which would have been nice. The dog wipes came in handy with the snow and salt, especially with our hardwood floors. We are going to give the Spoiled Rotten monthy box one more month and hopefully it will be a little more useful. Thanks

I received the January package. I was hoping for a chew toy to be included in the package. Instead, it was mostly treats, with 1 plush toy and a pack of wet wipes. I always need wet wipes, so that was much appreciated. However, unless you have multiple pets, there's way too many treats to use up in 1 month. It would've been also nice to include something unique that I may not think to try (but prove to be useful).

Products are good, ease of not having to go to the store. But it takes way to long to get here
