Super quick response time when I accidently ordered a toy I didn't want. Website is user friendly. Huge amount of items to choose from. I used to shop at Chewy.com but I needed a prescription and it was easier to pick my vet from your list than going through all of Chewy's site. Also, they don't even carry the prescription food. You carry everything I need so I'll just stick with you. The only thing I don't know is the turn-around time...? I do wish I could have put my little girls liver vitamin on auto ship but I could not figure that out..?
