I received my order in a timely manner and have had very good service and cost is fair also.

I have ordered a lot from PetFlow. First the website was not user friendly at check out, now that is fixed. I am pleased with the service that I have received, everyone has been friendly and most helpful, the items are received quickly and in great condition. i love it that the shipping is free and that they have sale on the dog food In order

The overall experience was good. I wish I could have seen my estimated shipping before placing the order however.

I will definitely order again...only issue was I tried using the 15% off plus free shipping but didn't realize in the small print you have to order up to $49 dollars. Other than that it's ok.

I find PetFlow customer service to be helpful most of the time. However, sometimes they sell items for which they have little information other than what is provided in the listing. While I participate in the autoship, I find it a bit difficult to deal with making changes. When this happens, don't spend a lot of time on it, just call customer service and let them do it for you! :)

I can find items here that I cannot any where else and their prices are hard to beat.
