Some good deals but it took 3 days before my order shipped.

Good selection of products with decent prices. Be careful with coupon codes however, because the site will accept a code with your order, but then later will void it and charge you the full price!

I purchased the Pet Safety LED light. I ordered 3 of them. All had batteries included, but none worked. I had to go out and buy batteries. Not a big deal, but since they did have batteries included, I figured the product would work right away. The pricing point was right, I just wish the product worked right out of the box. I purchased new batteries and the pet safety light is great on late night walks. I even put one of my keychain. Thanks.

I put down my ship dates and I assumed they would arrive on that date. They missed those dates by 5-7 days. It would have been nice for a little heads up, so that I am not buying a bag from other suppliers to make up the difference.

I ordered four LED clip-on pet safety lights (two red, two blue). When I opened the first blue one it would not stay lit. The second blue on worked for two nights then it quit working. I have only used one red one so far, and it is working good. They are a big help when they work. I have two all black, med. sized dogs. At night they lie on the floor, in a dark room and I and my husband have taken a couple tumbles over them. We are senior citizens and falls are bad news. I let them outdoors at night to have a nature call. There are spots in the yard where they are in the shadow of our shed from the pole light. I can't see them (I think they know that) and they will stand there and look at me. But with those little lights I can see them. Problem solved....except when the lights quit working. I would send them back to be replaced, but it would cost more to do that, than what they cost. So, what do I do? Send them back or order more. I really like them, but, so far the quality doesn't make it an easy decision. I would like to get more of them, if it were possible, but don't know what to do.

I ordered some items, received them last friday and 2 of the 5 were defective. I wrote a nasty gram complaint and immediately received a response. E-mail stated gladly sending replacements. I'll upgrade to 5 stars if received in a timely fashion and these are not defective. For first time purchase however, not impressed receiving non functional items that had the potential to harm my fur babies. Willing to give another chance if this is fixed.

I really liked the led lights we bought for Oliver, but the shipping of your products through FedEx is crazy. My package left New Jersey then went to Chicago, then went to Wisconsin, then went to Grove City Oh, and I got it 2 days later in Chillicothe OH. Do you see anything wrong with this picture? I do...you need to look at your shipping company verses other shipping companies. There are others to ship with where their packages do not go all over the country before being delivered to the customer. Save your company money and get your products to your customers in a faster more efficient way.

I liked the website and thought the varitey, value, and selection were great! The first time I placed an order I did kind of wait until the last minute to purchase my dogs food, unsure of whether I would receive in time I called customer service and was told they would rush in through so I would get in time, so I went ahead and placed the order, but of course it came 3 days later and I ran out of food. I was really annoyed because I had to make a special trip to the store to get them food to hold them until the delivery arrived. If I was just told in the first place how long it would have been I would have just gone to the store....instead I was lied to!
