PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Great product has definitely helped my fur baby. Would definitely recommend this product for people with pets who have digestive issues.

(UPDATE) Petflow took responsibility on their shipping process and how unhappy they've made a customer and shipped a new order to my house with no charge. For this I give them from 1 star to 4. Four stars because no one should go through what I did nor should anyone be unhappy for any inconvenience. That one star missing for a perfect review should've been given when the order was completed and executed the first time, the right way. Still, thank you for their customer service and doing what they can to make their customers satisfied. I've never heard of petflow, and now I know why. I ordered a 30lb bag of Natural Balance dog food and when it was delivered I found the the package cracked open and the food all over the box and on my porch. I was very disappointed when I found myself picking food bites off my floor. Took me at least 20 min to get everything off the floor. Plus the dog treats I bought for my dogs were no longer whole crackers they were mostly crumbs! So much disappointment came when I opened that delivered box. Never again, nor will I recommend this site to anyone.

I had a bag of pet food damaged in shipping. They sent a replacement quickly. Price is average for the type of Natural Balance pet food I use for my guide dogs in training.

I have purchased both dog and cat food from PetFlow a few times now, and I have found that they ship when they say they will ship. And unlike some other companies that I've ordered dog food from, the bags were packed well and did not open during transport. I will definitely order pet food from this company again.

The only things is that the wishbone chewy treats I purchased were $4 cheaper at a local pet shop. However, the dog food was a great value and I received it two business after placing the order! Would recommend to a friend and definitely purchase from here in the future!

Petflow had a great sale price on Nutro's Natural Choice dog food, I was able to buy 2 bags for just a little over what I pay for 1 bag, saved me a lot of money. Received my purchase in a timely manner too.

I have been ordering from PETFLOW for severalyears at this point and have been very happy with their service.

I ordered two types of dog food. The Orijen came securely, the Honest Kitchen did not. It was damaged. There was a hole in the box, which punctured the heavy plastic food bag, which is contained inside the Honest Kitchen box. I called Pet Flow immediately, and they were very understanding. They sent another box of food, FedEx, much more securely packed and undamaged. I appreciate this service, and will reorder, but the packaging must be secure.
