Happy with the products and service.

They shipped the cat food quickly, food I cannot get at the pet stores anymore. Only problem I have is, that they do not ship to Hawaii! Had to have it shipped to my mainland address, the re ship it to our a Hawaiian address!

My bull terrier is allergic to 9 different foods, and I was given a print out of all the foods he could eat..dry foods, canned foods, moist foods, snacks, treats, etc..I shopped for hours at our local Pet stores, as I prefer to buy locally, but found only one of the foods on the list, yet couldn't buy it because it required a prescription. So I went to the Internet and hit upon Pet Flow, typed in a few of the allowed brands and found something in nearly every search..very easy, have always had free shipping, and it arrives quickly..My dog and I are happy.

Except for some confusion between VetSource and PetFlow as to receipt of my vet's approval, which delayed shipping somewhat, everything else went okay.

Our dog has very wide food allergies, and we have evolved a ridiculous regimen of medicines and prescription foods. The foods are not easy to replace, but our vet is starting to drop some of them. Petflow got us this one, and we'll probably be reordering. There was one confusing e-mail from them, but it was resolved.

Totally reliable - perfect service. Prices could be better discounted.

Small problem handled nicely. Fast shipping. Packing really needs to be reviewed, heavy items packed with a bag of dog food--punched a hole in dog food bag.

Box arrived on schedule but the bag of dog food inside had been sliced with a razor. I taped the bag but didn't know how long the air had gotten into it. I was a bit disappointed that an open bag would be shipped. I am assuming this was a one time occurrence. So convenient to have bags of food delivered to my door.
