I have been feeding my 19 yr old male Berman and 10 yr old female American shorthair Blue Buffalo Grain Free Chicken for nearly a year. They did very well on it. I thought I would give them the Fish entree for a change; within 24 hours both of them were nearly comatose, they could not stand up, staggered, and drank copious amounts of water, all the while refusing to eat. I thought I had lost them. I finally offered them a small portion of Fish which they turned away from and refused to accept. I finally decided to return their feedings to the chicken which they are, thank God, eating and seem to be improving. I will never, ever, consider the Fish entree again. Blue Buffalo better check into the formulation and ingredient of that product!

In 4 months I had purchased over $500 worth of pet food for my six cats. During that time I had received dented cans and a bag with a tear in it. When I did report the torn bag, I received a new one, after an attempt to convince me that the torn bag was "still good". When I reported the dented cans (and I didn't always, but I had become very frustrated) I was given a credit, so kudos to you for making it right but still...what a hassle! Luckily once when I went to order you were out of the brand of dry food that I typically order. Since I didn't want to switch brands I went to one of your online competitors. Since the order came rather quickly I decided to try them again after the dented can incident. Not only did I get the food 3 days quicker than I typically receive my Petflow orders, the cans came with the tops of them BOXED to avoid damage. Every can was in pristine condition. Dry food bags come to me vacuum sealed the way it should be. I was a customer for at least a year, maybe two but you lost me. I don't know if you have problems in your warehouse or what. I could have lived with the length of time it takes to get the order and planned appropriately, but ripped bags and dented cans for the prices I'm paying is unacceptable. I'm done. Peace out!

Last week PetFlow advertised via email, 30% off of all Royal Canin cat food products. I logged onto their website promptly after receiving their email. All senior 12+ canned cat food products were out of stock. I called customer service and they flat out refused to provide a rain check, honor the discount once the product was back in stock, or offer any type of assistance. Very disappointed.

Pet Flow requires and keeps our credit card information even if you don't want it kept and check the box. They MANUALLY remove the information from their files after the order is shipped. HA! Manually! Give me a break, how careful is that. Also if you purchase, they automatically set up a subscription for you with PayPal giving them authorization for auto ship, even if you are only buying one item and not wanting auto ship. The authorization explained by Pet Flow is for auto delivery. However if you don't want automatic delivery they do it anyway. There is no way to purchase without allowing that feature. Even if you want 1 bag, 1 time. Any other place in the US you can buy and don't have to tie up your Paypal for the purchase. Also, if you take that authorization out of your PayPal account, you can no longer buy from them as the payment will not go through (since you deleted the subscription). PayPal stops the payment process (thankfully). But buying from Pet Flow gives them more freedom with your information and your money than is appropriate today with all the hacking etc. If I do not want Pet Fow to keep my CC information, they should respect that. I should not have to rely on a person to manually remove my information from their site. That is not reliable. If I check no auto ship, I should be able to purchase my item, pay for it, and my information is not retained unless, unless I allow it. I should not be tied to a subscription if I am purchasing 1 bag of dog food. Bad practice. Buyer beware.

I was very annoyed that it took almost a week to get my food sent to me. The first time it only took two days. I had to go to get food for my d dogs because our didn't get there in time. I ordered it a week in advance for a trip so I wouldn't have to go get them food. I will no longer be ordering. The ads are also annoying. Once a week or so is more than efficient to keep the company in mind. Good luck.

I ordered 13-lb of Royal Canin X-Small Mature 8+ Dry Dog Food. And I found out the expiration date expired after three months. My dog is only 6lbs, three months he can use not even 20%...

Cancelled my order saying my credit card was declined, bunch of bull because they said it wasn't ever submitted..Will be buying my products else where from now on!!!

They offered a discount with a special code name I did click on that and it said discount entered at check out i did not get that discount. Immediately after checkout someone called me from the company and tried to sell me some other things. This is terrible, I don,t think I will order any more from these people
