I called since my order had not showed up in 4 days.. Petflow always arrived in a few days. I was told the warehouse doesn’t send out orders on Fridays.. so Monday or Tuesday my order would go out. It took til the next Friday and I had to go buy dog food at the store. I also had a difficult time w passwords and wrote customer service..no one ever responded . I have decided to not continue w Petflow anymore. The company seems different and not as reliable as before

Box had a hole in it and several cans of dog food were very dented.

I ordered prescription dog food for my dog that was approved by my Vet. A week later, cancelled my order. I wasted a week trying to get dog food from you that you knew you couldn't get.

I never received my package. Delivery pic shows my package sitting on a vehicle that's not mine. And delivery also says Mt package was delivered to front door or garage. Neither of those options are even close to being correct. Oh well, money wasted.

bad quality control in shipping. need to make sure what you ship is what was shown on website and ordered.......

Don’t order from this company. I called in plenty of time to cancel a renal food that was no longer needed and was told they couldn’t cancel and will not refund. And to make it worse the food didn’t even ship until 3-4 weeks after the order was placed. Response was their company is too small to do that. Do yourself a favor and deal with a larger more reliable pet food supplier.

My purchase was placed under possible fraudulent activity. When I called for assistant, I was told it would have to be bumped up to second level. No one could help me or answer my questions then a day later, without any confirmation or a call, my account was charged and they sent half my order. When I called back the individual on the phone didn’t have an answer as to why it was OK. They then sent me an offer for $50 off $200 purchase so I ordered some more items and again it was put under fraudulent activity but yet today I see they took $68 out of my account , I’m very suspicious of this company and their activities. They’re not very forward or forthcoming.

Had a terrible experience with customer service. Somehow the order got shipped to an address that was associated with me over a decade ago when I was stationed overseas. I tried to explain that perhaps it got pulled from my PayPal due to me checking out via PayPal. He refused to hear it and basically said it’s a shopper error and nothing for him to do.
