good selection to choose from and fair prices. the free shipping made it worth trying some sample bags to get to the free shipping price. (cheaper than shipping cost)

I ordered treats and snacks for my babies (dogs) but was a little surprised at the size of some of the products. But I guess at the price I paid, I understand why. Some portions were small, but nonetheless, my babies loved them. I will probably buy from here again.

Products came when expected. Packaging was very good. Pricing was good with discount. I get a email from them every day, which is way too much.

Great products.. but the website is not consumer friendly since you have to call to cancel an order. Also you should receive an update after the date your order ships. The website still says "Shipping"....not Shipped... So you are left with no clear picture of when your order is processed. Fast Shipper in reality...!!!

I always order anything I need for my little fur baby through petflow. When I compare the prices for the same products through other stores or online sites, I am getting a considerable discount. I have had some issues making changes to my existing orders that I have setup for automatic delivery, but customer service has always been great and they have adjusted the orders for me accordingly.

I gave it 4 stars only because I have ordered only twice from PetFlow, but I am amazed at the ease of their website and how swiftly the shipping is handled.

Recently ordered 20 Bully Sticks but they were different than ones I have gotten in the past . All Sizes were different and had a terrible odor to them. Delivery time was fine.

Their customer service staff treats each customer as if they were family. They are courteous, professional and NEVER trivialize your questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE who has pets and wants to simplify their lives by auto shipping their pet food, toys or pharmaceutical needs. If you have questions, they do whatever they can to answer them. If you have a problem, they try to resolve them with respect to your concerns. They should be the model that other American companies should aspire toward. Thank you for your hard work. God Bless!
