I have always been pleased with Petflow.com

It was very easy to order and the prices are better then at my local store on the dog food at least. They even called to make sure I was taking advantage of all the discounts I could. The only issue I had was the site says 2-3 days on delivery and it took 4 from the day the order was sent out. Considering it was coming from Nevada and not up north where there was lots of snow I feel I should have gotten it in a much shorter time frame, plus it came near my town then went out of state before coming to my home. Hope it doesn't take this long every time.

When we decided the dry dog food one of the 26 lb bags was open and had spilled all in the box. Since the box was not sealed completely it also spilled all over the floor. Dogs didn't care but I did. The jolly time ball was a big hit and I will order one more. We are testing the dry and wet foods right now. So far the bison dry and bison wet are cutting it.

As an owner of 3 cats I'm always shopping around for sales on cat food, especially special need cat food. Well, Petflow had what I needed as a price that was better than other sites I'd searched. I am on a scheduled delivery and always get a notice when my next order is coming.That allows me to change the delivery date is I need it a week earlier or later. Very happy

Your company is always quick to ship and get my order to me in a timely manner. I only wish that your supply matched your email offers. Most of the time your email offers are not useable due to no product available or on hand. Otherwise your pricing and quick shipping and processing are great.

Had some reservations when placing my order. They advertised 12% off first initial order when you place a standing food order. At check out it only gave me the standard 5% off the initial order as is done with all standing orders. After calling and speaking to a representative it was easily remedied. Food arrived in 3 days. Excellent service and prices.

Good price, good service, good products, good customer service. Dog and cat food. Only glitch was a health supplement for dogs was out of stock. NO complaints.
