Overall PetFlow has treated us well.
I have 3 big dogs that require big bags of prescription dog food. I have them delivered through PetFlow and it is very convenient. I withheld one star because when you're counting on food for the dogs, it's NOT convenient if it doesn't come when expected. When I say delivery every TWO weeks, that means I want new bags of food on my doorstep every two weeks, not an email that says when it will be delivered. That has happened several times. Another issue was that they need to call the vet to renew the script, but they wait until the last minute and my vet sends it upon receipt, but PF customer service said they never got, which meant I never got and I had to waste time on calling PF and getting them to do the job right. And one more issue, they sent us the wrong dog food and my dogs had the shits for three weeks. There was no explanation, no apology and no money off the next order. I think they think we didn't notice. Instead of ending on a bad note, I want to say, the majority of the time, I have no problem at all, as long as that dog food comes when I need it and I don't have to make rice and burger until it does, or worse yet, buy from someone else at a major price hike. Can't beat Petflow prices, so far. Also, they occasionally have REALLY good sale, but they limit you on how much you can buy. I've stocked my cupboards with dog treats that way once or twice! For instance, 50 cents for a bag of liver treats that in the store go for 3-5 dollars! Yep, good deal. They could just use improvement in customer service, I think.
