The transaction was as smooth as can be as far as purchasing. Because my item required a prescription, it needed approval from my vet. I never got confirmation that my vet approved it and my tracking information came in the afternoon after I already received my package! Meanwhile they sign me up for their emails, and bugged me to set up regular deliveries. I only went with them because I got cash back from my bank. Now I know why.

I was very disappointed when I ordered the bone shaped blinky lights for my 2 chihuahuas collars. What I got was circle shaped and definitely not as pictures. Also my bully sticks were loose and not wrapped at all. I threw them away since I could not determine if they were sanitary or not. Plus they really stunk! My advice is to let the customer know if a substitute is going to happen and that the bully sticks are shipped unwrapped. I probably won't order from Pet Flow again because my first experience was so below par. The only acceptable thing was the blue buffalo treats. The shipment could have been a couple days earlier too had it not had to transfer to another carrier. Overall lack of filling order as advertised has left me with a basically negative experience.

I ordered from petflow for a gift for a young boy who wanted to donate a bunch of doggy stuff to the local animal shelter for his birthday. Originally my tracking date said it would be delivered on Friday. Then it changed to Monday and now it is saying Tuesday. I had to turn up to his party without his gift and am still waiting. I don't know if it is PetFlow's fault or FedEx but I am so disappointed.

After over six days I finally received my Chihuahua shirt. Love the shirt but: Come on guys, a foot square box filled with blow up cushions for one t-shirt???? I don't know who your packaging manager is, but he should pay closer attention to what is going on in his/her department. A t-shirt could have gone in an envelope and shipped by mail probably would have been faster and for sure cheaper.

I loved that PetFlow has such a wide selection of pet foods, but I wish the website allowed for greater flexibility in searching for specific items. For example, I was looking for wet cat food for a senior feline, but there was no way for me to search by any of those terms, I just had to sort through more than 15 pages of cat food, wet and dry, to find the products I wanted.

1. The box took to .long to get here. 2, there should be more in the box. The things that were in the box were okay. There should be a more variety of things.

I think PetFlow is a company with heart and I am hoping that the order I received was just a "bad apple," so to speak. The treats were crushed and dried out. I ordered several kinds of dog treats and the only ones that resembled what they are supposed to look like were the Natural Balance Jerky Bars and the 4 loose treats in the box. It will be a while before I order again. I was expecting so much more. Blessings, joy

I ordered two different types of dog food. I received the 35 lb bag but not the second item. I call customer service, they were great!! He was sorry the problem, and said they must be out of stock. He would gladly refund that amount back to my card. The next day I received the other dog food. I thought it was odd that customer service didn't even know the item was shipped separate from the first, He told me I would have to re order which means they are not able to track back orders. I will order from them again, although I think shipping and customer service don't communicate.
