I love the site, it is well laid out and easy to find anything I may look for. The prices of what I did come to look for, pet food, were too high. I did find some great treats on sale, though. I will check back to find other sales in the future, but I need to find another place to purchase pet food. We go through too much pet food to pay a high price, even considering the prompt reliable service.

Although the service was very convenient, the price was just too high.

I purchased a coupon on living social and then realized they would not let me use a coupon code they advertised. Overall it was not a good deal ;( I was happy with the delivery time but I won't use this service again because there customer service was horrible!

I would love to have my cat food automatically delivered to my house, but with the shipping costs it is so much more expensive than my local PetsMart. If you were closer in price I would use your service all the time! Overall good experience with the website when I used my Groupon, although your search was troublesome. Took me awhile to find Blue Buffalo Basics Turkey cat food as it wouldn't show up under Cat Food when I selected to view by brand. Had to search a few times. Fast shipping.

I was happy to receive my first order of over $60 of PetFlow items. The box was about 15 pounds and about 10x10x30" in size. All of the items were loose in the box with no separation or interior packing. Several of the little led collar light (bought 9) did not work at all. (3 working ones were put on my 3 dogs). The multiple treat bags - Natural Balance Potato & Duck - contained tiny treats, about the size of a raisin. Two of my three dogs flat refuse to eat these tiny treats, the third will eat about anything and did. The other items I haven't tried yet.

Great experience but product posting, packaging had opportunity to improve. Items not packed, just thrown into the box.

Prices are decent but shipping not so great.

I have a puppy and an adult dog. They both love the toy. And the one bag of treats that I opened. The adult doesn't need calming stuff nor do either dog needs a nightlight because they can let themselves out to go potty (yes, truly spoiled) . I just think that maybe, for me and my dogs, that I would be better served if the boxes were packed with a dog size, breed or/and age in mind.
