I've purchased from Petflow a few times, the website is okay. Prices are okay, not the best. Selection is good. The one very annoying thing they do is they try to push extras down your throat (bully sticks) with pop windows when you're trying to check out AND unless you pay attention, you may end up signing up for auto shipment. They also don't offer very many coupon codes to help with cost. I buy high end dog food, Orijen six fish for my dogs which is hard to find, so if it's not available elsewhere I'll buy from Petflow, but it's not my first choice.

I love this website. I love the daily specials and the fact that I can order my puppies food and have it delivered. The shipping is fast. Will definitely use this site on a regular basis.

everything went very smooth with my order. I received it on time and in good condition. The 13% discount for being a first time buyer was a nice plus. However, when comparing prices with other online distributors, the cost would have been in the same range without the 13% discount. For what my needs are PetFlow doesn't offer to much of a cost savings advantage and as I would be looking for the best price on my next purchase I may or may not use PetFlow.

CSR was nice. My order was delivered in a timely manor. The water dispenser for my dogs was way smaller than I expected though. The picture made it look bigger. Having 4 small dogs (6-17lbs), only 1 or 2 can drink at a time. This item would be more suitable for 1 or 2 cats! Too much trouble to send it back. Guess my pups will have to take turns to drink. :(

Other than a problem with my charge card not going througheven thou card was ok, it delayed my order. I was very happy with selection and quality.

I thought the process was good the prices were comparable but no driving to the store. too many emails is only thing. Thanks for completing the purchase on time and as promised.
