I originally bought a groupon and was excited to get all pet things from one place! (I currently go to 4 pet places to get things for my two cats, including the vet across town. We just moved further away from them too.) So I quickly filled up my cart, checked out my order, used my groupon and was supposed to be charge $52 for an $82 order (my groupon was obviously for thirty bucks off). BUT THEY CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT! I called and it was immediately refunded (after a day to process) but the fact that it didn't even go through right away the first time is very annoying. I'll order again, but more slip-ups like this and I'll have to order elsewhere. (Other then that all the products came, semi-quickly, and were all the same name brand ones I already use).

Petflow has good pricing but shipping and customer service needs improvement. I bought some small items to check out shipping before purchasing dog food. I live in Las Vegas and thought that my order would ship directly from the Las Vegas warehouse to my house. However the order shipped to AZ first then back to Las Vegas. When I contacted CS regarding the issue, I was advised this is how it is done and the agent referred me to the 2-7 day delivery schedule. Not only was I disappointed in how my order was handled by way of shipping, the agent seemed to not care too much about my complaint. Petflow needs to state on their site how shipping works and let the customer decide if they want to place orders with this shipping method. Not take our money, then report how it will be sent. I have been in dogs for over 25 years. I run a dog rescue and train dogs. I look for good prices AND good customer service. As long as I know IN ADVANCE how my items will ship, I can then plan orders and delivery times to meet the needs of my dogs and the needs of my customer's dogs. The vetinarian prescribed food that my dog is temporarily on was definitely a great deal but the food that my dogs and cats normally eat was much more expensive than the local store I buy them from. So do your research before you buy!!!

The prices are really good at Petflow, and the selection is also wonderful. Shipping is very fast - we usually receive our dog's food the day after I order it. But it's not without problems. Stay away from autodelivery! There's no notification reminder that it's going to ship (although they say they will email you a week ahead of time), so if you live paycheck to paycheck, it can cause problems. Also, my dog's food is 1 cent cheaper than the minimum required for free shipping so I usually add a bag of treats to get the free shipping. I wasn't given the chance to do that when it autoshipped. I emailed the company, asking to refund the shipping since I was only a penny shy of the free shipping. They actually made me return the bag of food, wait 2 weeks for the full refund, and then redo the order so it qualified for free shipping. They did pay to ship the bag back to them. Seems to me it would have been easier (and cheaper for them) just to refund the shipping charge. On another order, I requested it be sent "next week" since we were going away for the weekend. It was sent the next day instead of next week. Our neighbor saw the big box sitting at the front door and brought it inside his house so nobody would steal it. I've been irritated and wanted to buy the food elsewhere, but the prices and fast shipping keep me coming back.

I was impressed with the price of bully sticks . Normally I pay four dollars each and now I paid one. The Stella carnivores are sometimes 14.99 and I got them for 8.99. I get these to crunch over my dogs food. This time they were stale and did t crunch up like usual. Also now my dog is very sick (always healthy)!with a stomach virus and they said it could be from bones or food. She is very ill and it happened a few days after I got from petflow. Not sure it's related but going to throw away all I got to be safe. Hope it's not related because I was impressed with prices and how fast

I love the service of getting dog food shipped to my door automatically at the frequency I decide. What prevents me from giving 5 star is that in order to track the delivery schedules I had to provide my e-mail address. Now I get unwanted offers e-mailed to me on my "good" e-mail address and it is very annoying.

I called to ask about country of origin on the bully sticks, pig ears, etc. and the customer service representative advised me to "google" the products if I wanted to know. The pig ears that I received were scrappy looking and from India...into the compost bin they went!

I placed a single order for 6 LED collar lights. While I was notified via email that my order had shipped, was never provided with a tracking code. Upon opening my package not only was there no packing slip but I was missing one of the lights. I called back to report my issue and the CSR said I may not have received my entire order as they are now on clearance and may be out of stock. Upon further investigation, they had them in stock and she shipped the missing light to me. No offer for reimbursement, no offer to send me an additional piece, no nothing for my hassle. Upon shipment, I was once again notified of its mailing but no tracking and once again no package slip. I have since unsubscribed from their emails as I have no interest in ordering form them again as I do not feel they are a professional company that I would like to do business with again, let alone try to order consumable items for my pets.
