I was disappointed that my two items were in a postal envelope. The flea and tick spray spilled its contents all over the bag and the cat flea tablets were soaked.

You can not get them on the phone, the special offers don't work and you can not cancel an order.

RE: order #3390417. Ship date 07-13-15. I ordered a 25 lb bag of Merrick Dog Food along with toothpaste and insect repellant. When we received the shipment the box contained the dog food and the other two items were loosely placed in the same box. These two smaller items should have been placed in a smaller box within the larger one. The weight of the bag of dog food shifting in transit caused the insect repellant spray bottle to leak out all over the inside of the box. I am not happy with my first order.

I recently purchased a case of Natural Balance dog food and found the same item on a competitors site for $11.11 cheaper. This is the second time this has happened. The first time Lg bag of Natural balance dog for your price $69.99 competitors price $54.99. I would not mind if it was a dollar or two but the differences are huge!

Unbelievable you'd ask for a review from a customer you treated so poorly. Kind of .... Ya think?

I don't even know where to begin from back orders so I chose another item but they STILL charged me for the cancelled back order after calling 3 times to CANCEL! Now I've been charged TWICE on my Amex card! Now I have to make a 4th call AND CALL AMEX! FIVE CALLS and 15 emails and I still got charged for a cancelled order!

As a breeder of pedigreed cats , I found your service extremely helpful with large bags of litter and dried cat food delivered right to my door. This last order followed the most asinine route to my door, with a ridiculous explanation. One bag of food in my order was not available from the Jersey warehouse. Petflow decided (without informing me) to reroute the entire $232.00 from the warehouse that had that one specific bag of food which happened to be in Missouri . When I started tracking after three days, the order was in Las Vegas. The cross country order arrived a week later after I had to go and buy what I needed. I was told about another similar service which I am considering switching to.

Very brittle ...provides no chewing for dogs gone in 5 minutest
