Screwed up my monthly deliveries, not noticing any delivery for a month, then when I contacted them about no delivery, they said it would be shipped immediately, suffice it to say it wasn't shipped for 3 more days, then took another week to get to me. My dogs were out of food and treats, I feed only certain brands of food and only give certain brands of treats, this was very troubling to me and my fur babies

Recieved the 4 LED lights as ordered,3 worked one did not. Went onto your website to find replaced batteries. Found none and no resource for locating batteries. do I return the one not working, do I find replacement batteries on my own, Your shipping charges make me hisitate to order them through you because a .99 batteries could end up costing me more than $6.00 some information would be appreciated. I love the ones that work I have a 100lb Staffordshire and 4lb Chihuahua due to the central valley heat in California I like to walk my Dogs in the early evening around 9/10:pm I tried mornings but they were to groucy. We each have an LED light blinking, I cross several busy streets. Each dog has one on her collar and I wear one on a lanyard around my neck. I feel much safer with the lights. Several people seeing us, stopped, lights flashing waiting to cross where there is not a crosswalk have (Bless their hearts) stopped to allow us to cross safely. I love the lights, I don't love the lack of information that came with them. Need to be a little more pro active on the customer service.

I got the deal from living social, and i ordered something from petflow. When I order, I ordered around $50 worth of items in order to get the free shipping. But when I check out, it didn't let me know that I will get charge of shipping. Until I get me email, then I realize they charged me. I think they should have mention at the check out that I will get charge shipping if I'm not order over $50 after using the coupon code. I feel like I got tricked, I will not buy from petflow again =(

The package arrived and we were thrilled with the look of the contents. My 14# dachshund chewed the tiny legs off the "durable" toy within 30 minutes. Another product in the package was "recalled"(but we were never made aware, I found the recall on facebook :(. I believe that time goes into planning these packages, however the quality control seemed below average. I will try again next month... just once more. Also, I called to order another box as a gift...and no one ever picked up...then I was put on eternal hold. I had been on hold for nearly >15 minutes...I hung up. Jury is out!

Received my first box..was ok, many items I do not use gave to humane society.will try one more then will call to cancel if I don't like it this time.

first i have issue with advertised "fast shipping",i placed order on thursday and i got them tuesday,i don't mind that part ,even if it would have taken a week but i feel it has to be communicated to a customer clearly, especially to a first time customer what r exact time frames and how it works.we all have only one time to make a first impression.secong issue i have is getting email from the customer service saying that i need to update my credit card because it expires very soon, expiration is on 2015 and even though there was attempt in humorous email about not wanting the dogs go hungry i found it in bad taste, card on file has 2 more years and with this kind of hiccup on a very first order i am not sure am gonna be around that long or be inclined to recommend the site to others

I got an online deal for a discounted order from PetFlow. They did have the prescription cat food that I needed, but it was kind of hard to place the order. The site kept messing up and the search wouldn't find my vet. It took several tries to get it ordered. Then the email they sent me couldn't be viewed through gmail, but I was able to finally see it on my phone (and I swear I am a pretty technical person). After about 5 days I still didn't see the order even though it says fast shipping from Fed Ex. I talked to a customer service guy who was very helpful and said that it was being shipped USPS from somewhere closer to my house and that I would get an email when it shipped. When I got home it was there, but I never got the email. So all in all I would order from them again, but I felt it was a little disorganized. And they send an email almost every day for a sale, which is a bit annoying.

I joined PetFlow.com's "spoiledrotten" program for cats... they send you a box monthly with products guaranteed to be worth more than the program cost. I received my first delivery, no problem with delivery date, or even with the value of the products. BIG problem with the hype "Made in the USA". Shipment includes a nice laminated card describing each item included this month with retail value, and each item said "Made in the USA" next to them. The 3 or 4 toys included clearly said "Made in China" on the packaging. I don't have a problem with this, but I DO take offense to false advertising, especially while so many Americans look for USA made products these days. I sent a private message to PetFlow's FaceBook fan page regarding this and received an answer that said "all of the food they sell is "Made in the USA". never addressed the nice, laminated card in the box erroneously calling the Chinese cat toys USA made.. Other than this (which is a biggie), I have no problem with this company. If this is repeated next month, I will leave the "spoiledrotten" program, as I will not condone this kind of false advertising preying on patriots.
