Don't trust that you will get your order as you order it. Petflow unilaterally will change your order and substitute with another like product without contacting you the customer for approval.

I may not use petfow again. First thing that bugged me was the packing slip in plain view on outside of the box. So anyone can see what is in the box. See if they want to take my stuff. Second thing you didn't even ship everything that was marked off as shipped on the packing slip. I had to waste my time and call in to get it shipped out. And the guy I talked to was and idiot. Not happy with the service.

My dog may be allergic to the treats!

Ordered two items. Got one item in a box so large that I almost thought they sent me an empty box. The other item, the one I NEED, well it is now 10 days later and the site shows it hasn't even shipped. If this company wants to do internet sales all over the country then it needs to provide GREAT customer service, ship items timely. I am extremely disappointed and give it -0- stars!!!!

Didn't receive all of my order. Called to have it completed and was told I would have to order more to get it as it would cost too much in shipping to just send the missing item. Rude (hung up on me) and poor customer service.

good price on dog food but I am getting tired of an email from them every day I know were to shop when I need something. wally

The ad said 25% off and free shipping in BIG letters--very misleading

At the time of order the product was to reach on Saturday but was delivered Tuesday. Service is not prompt.
