Order was made and delivered fast, But my rugs were packaged in Russin. So I don't know if there are any special instruction!

Just ordered for the first time, a fairly large order of enough of a premium cat food to feed four cats for a month. The order arrived promptly, but we went to feed the cats and realized that one of the flavors (2 cases of wet), were actually dog food in the same brand. I called the company and they immediately sent out replacements of the correct food, very promptly.

Love your good prices but it does take a little longer to receive the order. I do not want the automatic reorder, I would rather order each time

Arlo loved the duck chew, but was done with it in record time...maybe three minutes. I would not order them again.

Prices are good from Petflow and I always keep an eye on their unbelieveable deals to stock up for my puppy.

Had a nice experience ordering. You were out of stock with one particular dogfood item. Also, you were higher on one particular brand than Petsmart.

My Blue Freedom order actually came the day after I ordered it. One problem - the mailperson left it on the front porch in a snowstorm. Box was wet; thankfully the Blue Freedom is in plastic bags.

I enjoy knowing that my shipment will be delivered in good shape and on time. I never worry about having to return a damaged shipment.
