I purchased a LivingSocial deal for $30 worth of merchandise for $15 and I thought it was a great way to try PetFlow out. I ordered a 7 pound bag of Royal Canin dog food and a nyla bone. I received the 7 pound bag of dog food in one box and another box with 7 pounds of cat food in another box (same day). I called and got it straightened out relatively easily. The next day I got the nyla bone - thought that was it. The next day got another nyla bone. Had to call and get it straightened out again. My one order turned into 4 orders and I had to be credited all of these charges back to my credit card. One simple order resulted in phone calls, a trip to the FedEx store and a lot of confusion on my credit card statement. Tighten it up, PetFlow, and you'll be very successful.

I received part of my order and then looked to see where the rest of the order was after it hadn't arrived for 2 weeks- there, after several clicks, I saw "back order." This food was not recalled so I can't imagine why I was able to order it and suddenly it was back ordered. An e-mail or telephone call would have been nice--- before I got so low, 2 weeks after the order was placed.

I liked April's box, but could do with another bag of treats instead of the calming pills and mouth spray.. my dog doesn't have anxiety nor does he have bad breath. Loved everything else. My dog especially loves the skunk toy.

I'm not impressed with the selection my first box (April) had for cats. There were supposed to be two bags of treats but I only got one (and a cheap looking keychain that was not supposed to be part of the box). After emailing the company, turns out one of the treat bags were recalled and my next box will contain an extra treat. Instead of giving me a $.50 keychain, they should have included another bag of treats. The toys included were also nothing different from what a typical cat owner would already have around the house. The only unique item are scratch and sniff catnip stickers and not only do I not want to put stickers everywhere, I fail to see the point in this product when catnip and catnip sprays make much more sense. I will try the box one more month and if the next one doesn't work, I'll unfortunately cancel. Nice idea, bad implementation.

I came across this website and saw a few things that were great deals, and we all love great deals! I couldn't pass it up and easy ordering and fast delivery were a bonus! Love this company! But I'm bummed that your out of stock on the 1 thing I wanted most. The motion scensor doggy fun bag. And out of stock on a lot of other item I would of bought. I also receive the monthly box and got my 1st one a couple days ago. A lil disappointed because the way itis advertised it seems like you get alot. Please add more useful items, but I did love the 2 different kind of treats in the box because I'm having a problem finding a treat my 2 picky pups like so I have to try all of them 1 by 1 for training purposes. Thats costly!!

Quick service and delivery, but prices are significantly higher than local and franchise stores. I did not purchase canned dog food because the price per a can was over $2.00 when it costs $1.50 at local retailers. I also opted for a different flavor of dry for one dog because of the limited selection.

I purchased 20 "Bully Sticks" for my dogs and they absolutely love them. I also purchased two (2) Monkey Kong Toys, believing them to be durable as described. Within about 5 minutes of having them, one dog chewed open the head of the toy and then removed the squeaker. As far as I'm concerned these toys were a waste of our money.
