As a new customer, I searched to see how long it would take for my order to arrive. The website said that the items will ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2-5 business days. I placed my order and it showed up on my doorstep 10 days later, only after I placed a call to customer service who "guaranteed" that it would arrive in 2 days (which was day 6 of the waiting game). And at that, only a portion of my order arrived, when the confirmation email said that all my items had been shipped. I had to place another call to PetFlow to get the second part shipped. I am very very disappointed in both the poor communication and faulty promises of PetFlow.

This last order was perfect (so far) However my previous order is still giving me fits! I had ordered Canine Caviar Buffalo Tails and they first came in terrible shape. So you kindly reshipped them. The second order came in about the same condition. I kept noticing a "dust" appearing in the container they were being sold from and even in the bags they were packed in. I found out Sunday why! There are black wormy bugs in the tails and chewing their way out - disgusting !!!! I pray none of my customer's dog become sick from these. It is a total loss! I will never reorder this product. Canine Caviar is supposed to be a high quality product line. I don't know if they came into your facility infested or became that way at your facility - but this is not a good as a retailer and I will not reorder this item again.

I have reported the following to PetFlow.com several times, and to the Better Business Bureau: PetFlow notes a product choice as a BEST VALUE based on PER CAN instead of PER OUNCE. Example: a 24 can case of THREE OUNCE cans at $32 is noted as a BEST VALUE over a 24 can case of 5.5 ounce cans at $40 based on the cost per can. Sure a can half the size will cost less than a can double the size but when you figure it out BY THE OUNCE it is more expensive. And you are buying and paying for the weight of the can, not the can! Per ounce, the small can costs .44 cents an ounce and the large can costs .33 cents an ounce. This calculates to more money for them, less value for you. Petflow telling you that the case of smaller cans is a BEST VALUE is misleading at best.

I have previously been VERY happy w/ this company, Fast shipping, great prices...products as described. However, upon checking out to pay for this last order - an add on option from freeshipping.com came up offering a $10 rebate.....i DID NOT select this service - - and my credit card was charged for $28.71. Buyers, check your credit card statements after checking out with petflow. I am very unhappy about this and it will cost me time, money and inconvenience to my business to dispute this extra charge. -Lynn

I bought Milkbone Trail Mix which they allege is a $9.99 item that they have ON SALE for $4.99 a bag. That same size item sells at Kroger TWO for $5 and at Wal-Mart for $2.88 a bag. The "sale" is misleading if not just plain old fraudulent. I won't be doing business with any company that uses such tactics.

Short & to the point. I use your service because delivery is typically in 1 to 2 days. Don't assume I want to wait an extra 7 days because you decide to ship from NJ instead of NV and inform me AFTER you ship. Also your contract w/ FedEx does not include Monday pick up or delivery further delaying the product.

I had to cancel my subscription order because they could never verify an item with my vet. I had never had a prescription for this food in the past, was just looking for an easy way to get the food while we were in limbo during a move. Additionally, I started getting at least an email a day. I didnt want to change the email settings yet because i was still waiting for my order to process. I ended up calling and cancelling everything which was easy to do and the customer service rep was very helpful in that.

Hounded me with emails after the purchase that I have to give an unacceptable review.
