I went to the orange county pet expo and was introduce to a new brand of dog food called zignature. Petflow was the most reasonable price and I get money back from my bank by shopping with them. 3 stars where given because my card didn't go thru the first time and if I knew in advance about taking a picture of my dog with the petflow box I would had done it. I recommand petflow and I will shop here again

I ordered 3 sacks (30 lb. bags) of dog food. The shipment came in two boxes - one sack in its own box and two sacks in another box. The box with one sack inside was delivered in fine shape. The box that held the two sacks was totally opened BUT the product was in good shape since "Taste of the Wild" dry dog food is packaged in such durable bags. I will order from PetFlow.com.

I thought the product would arrive quicker than it did. It took a full week for the food items to arrive and the tracking system was not updated until the product arrived at my door so it made tracking online useless. The box was slightly damaged but as the food was tins the tins were ok.

Website visually not much to be deserved- got thru it easy enough. Took awhile to get it and the actual items just so so. All in all mediocre experience and mediocre products

There was a discontinued product and I wasn't informed prior to my shipment. It seems a little unprofessional to send items and not tell me something is out of stock. How about a call and a substitution? Instead of shipping me stuff, and me contacting you about something that didn't come? The ease to order was there, product delivery time was good, just sevice was lacking.

WE did receive the cat food as promised but the expiration date on the two cases of cat food was a little closer than we anticipated ( June 20123 ). Usually when we have ordered cat food the expiration date was typically six months off.

I ordered two cases of canned dog food. I received the product as advertised and shipping was very fast. However, at least 2 of the cans from one case were practically crushed and had to be thrown away. I don't believe it happened in shipping because the shipping box was not damaged. I have received several cases of canned dog food before from other websites and have never received dented or crushed cans. I'm not sure if this was just a fluke, but I would caution potential buyers to consider that they may receive damaged and unusable cans (which at $3 a can, can be very expensive).

I understand that the first shipment is just a basic sample, but I was a little disappointed. I thought the products were going to be of higher quality, for instance the toys my cat destroyed in two minutes. I'm going to wait for the next shipment and see if it gets better.
