Ordered online and set up an autoship program for a 20% discount. Received a receipt reflecting 20% off. They still charged my card the full price. When I called, they told me they could no longer take the 20% off this order, only a future order. Why would anyone consent to that? No thank you. Then when to cancel all future auto shipments and that cannot be done online, I had to call. I would grade zero stars if I could.

I have auto ship for a particular pet food. Recently, I needed to stop the auto ship for that food. I was unable to do that online, and had to call a customer service representative to make this happen. This is inconvenient. I don't want to have to discuss my reasons for what I do with someone, unless I want to do so.

Initially I had issues with their autoship. They clearly stated - sent me emails - that you could change to ship dates for upcoming scheduled shipments if needed -- but when I tried, it kept resetting back to the original ship date. I wound up getting my shipment 2+ months early - which meant a large bag of food sitting around for 2+ months -- AND a charge to my credit card two months earlier that I wanted. Their only response was "we'll let out IT folks know". I'm not sure why, but I gave them the benefit of my doubt, and entered an order for another product recently. I had a coupon code stating 12% off. On checkout, the 12% was deducted from the price - and I thought all was well, but once I clicked submit, it added the 12% back in and charged the full amount to my credit card. I sent a message to customer service -- they didnt respond but I found out a few days later they just cancelled my order without comment\response. They didnt bother responding to my last email at all either. I dont think I have ever been so frustrated trying to get orders. I did order elsewhere -- and HIGHLY suggest you do the same. PetCo's online ordering worked flawlessly. Goodbye Petflow... there are just too many competitors out there that know what good customer service is and who appreciate repeat business.

I returned my order because of a confused warehouse staff.

One the items I ordered two contained mostly powder and not treats, especially Vita Essentials. It was as if the bags had been smashed prior to shipping. Will not be shopping from this business again. Irma Becerra

PetFlow sent me an email saying my dog was overdue for her annual and the vet would not provide any refills on this order. Petflow would only process one order of my veterinarian diet because my vet refused to authorize more. This is dissapointing as my dog is not due until 11/15 for her annual. She is up to date, as per my vet who does not even have a request on file from Petflow requesting any sort of information. This took me alot of time to make all of these phone calls and try to straighten this out.

Recently attempted to reorder Food Supply for family Dachshund. As noted this was a 'simple reorder' however whenever I attempted to 'check out" I was bombarded with 'popups; "two for one order", "automatic renewal', "additional treat',etc. In an attempt to by pass 'Popups' and place order I inadvertently placed two orders. Prior to submit I tried to change order to a single request however the Website refused to note request and I subsequently received two shipments. Telephone Customer service was polite and only offered to send a return shipment label (Which I never received. Bottom line I will seek other sources of Dog food supply. PetFlow Website is too aggressive and overzealous.

Haven't received product. Novirus expected to ship until 3-4 weeks after ordered. That is the ntirely tooblobg. Disappointed 30% coupon was not applied.
