I ordered pet food and it was delivered in a timely manner- all was great! Then I tried a Merrick product we had not tried before and my dog would not TOUCH it! Tried again and he still would have nothing to do with it. I called to see about returning it and was told they would give me 10% off on my next order- they refused to take it back, even at my shipping expense!! Fiddlesticks!! No more of that for me!!

I have reached out to customer service several times to get my order resolved without so much as a response back. Not only have I emailed them but I have called them, submitted a help ticket, and reached out to them via facebook and they have still not taken the time to make sure my problem was resolved. Typically companies try to keep repeat customers that spend over a $150 orders at a time; pet flow is not one of them. While there is convience to have things such as treats and dog food delivered to your door it is alot easier to go to petco. Next time a 20 minute drive will be a lot easier in the long run in case I need to handle a return because of an unsatisfactory purchase or unsettling customer service experience. Reprehensible customer service! I never will shop with them again.

Price was good. Branded product was available. Then I saw there was no update, I called to find out what is happening. They told me that they are waiting for prescription from the Vet and advised me to call the vet. Which I promptly did. My Vet told me that they have responded couple of days back. So I called back petflow ... they told me that my order is cancelled. During all this (apart from initial couple of emails - during taking the order) there was no communication. When I called to ask, what is the status - the tell me that my order is cancelled. I said, before you cancel, at least email me, or call me. The person on the other side say that they have sent me email - which was a lie. There was no email. She then sends an email when we were talking. I do not understand - when I am paying for the food, and if they need to get some clearance from the Vet, at least let me know if they dont get any response. I do not understand this.

I ordered dog food and it took awhile to come, then the box was completely damaged and I didn't even feel comfortable feeding it to my dogs with the damaged bag. This is the second time this has happened with petflow.

And the level of customer service provided, more then once, was so substandard it questions how you have retained any customers -Chris

Used to be notifying a couple of days before shipping. Now I did not need food at all this month but we had to buy. I hope auto ship can cancel not over the phone. Just click the cancel will be better.

While relocating and traveling I was so excited to hear that I could have dog food delivered, since I was unable to purchase it in the area! 3-4 days after the expected delivery date I called out of concern because I hadn't received it and I was almost out of food. The problem with this senario is that with dog food, if you suddenly change their diet, it can lead to diarhea and upset digestion. Anyway, I was shocked to find out when I called that it hadn't even been shipped because fraudulantcy was suspected!!! YIKES... No email or text to this effect which was very concerning and upsetting. Had I been given a heads up, I could have called my bank to find out what to do (changing my address on file). In any event, your agent was able to process it but I didn't get it in time prior to running out and had to go buy another food - :( Not happy! Sadly, all of this could have been avoided had someone reached out and communicated with me, verses assuming I was trying to charge to someone else!!!

I ordered a bag of cat food that in turn I did not need. I called to find out about a return and was told I am not allowed to return. I am sorry but I feel this is not right. If you do not need and can not use and never even open the box it came in, should be aloud to return.
