No problems at all, and I appreciated the quick reception of my order.

Pet flow made ordering Heartgard easy! They notified my vet and - snap- just like that- my order was being processed. My pugs are not the best candidates for chewing their Heartgard, so when I saw Pet flow offered it in tablet form, it was a no- brainer. Although it took 10 days to receive, I will be a return customer!

Happt with my purchase. But a bit tired of getting a lot of repeat merchandise. Even on an order I placed individual from my monthly box I asked for this one toy 2x in hopes to get to different ones by the brand as you can choose the mouse or butterfly. I so wanted the butterfly... I get two mice anyway :(... my cat really liked the butterfly from the box. Now I have two mice he has no interestt in.

PetFlow is a good online pet supply company. I've ordered several times and they always have reasonable prices and quick delivery. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the selection of products; if they had more, I could do all my shopping in one place.

Petflow is a great merchant. Fast and trustworthy service! Only negative is their lag in informing their customer when a prescription order is all in order and inform their customer accordingly. I had to call the Vet Source to confirm the prescription was validated and never heard back from Petflow about the order. Otherwise, excellent service

I like the prompt response from PetFlow.com but sometimes the packaging is flimsy and the products arrive in disheval shape. Also, sometimes the cans appear to be dirty and dented. Not sure if these are "seconds". The prices are ok; about the same as I find at dog boutiques which aren't cheap (but the cans at the dog boutiques aren't dirty and seem to be first quality).

Petflow prices are great, the service is reliable. I dont care for the policy of having to speak to a rep to cancel scheduled orders. It is a hassle to have to call to cancle services.
