Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, company, guest service, etc. Food was supposed to come in 1-3 days and it took almost 10. When I called to ask about where shipment was, I was told it'd come the next afternoon but it took another 2 days. When food finally came, opened the bag just to find it filled with hundreds of meal worms and webs!!! At this point I was sooo beyond mad and informed company when I called, that this was first and last time I'd ever use them!

There was no love no instruction on how to use item they did not cover the whole paw to protect it in addition to that I read bet it is toxic to dogs are animals if they eat it dogs are going to chew on their paws or try to remove something that's on their paws ok I'm sending the unused portion pack so I can get a refund discontinue the auto shipping this product is not a good one are not a good fit for me thank you

I have been a regular PetFlow customer. I received a 20% off coupon; however, at the checkout, it truncated the discount to $35, and NOT 20% of the purchase. When I called the Customer Service I was told that $35 was the maximum allowed. SO WHY NOT UPFRONT MAKE THAT AS A DISCLOSURE TO YOUR CLIENTS WHEN YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS THAT THERE IS A DOLLAR LIMIT???? Well, I limited my purchase with PetFlow to get the $35 discount and went to their competition for the balance of items. Got better price and HASSLE-FREE FREE SHIPPING too. The color of money is green and a good business recognizes that rectifying your mistake (here, failure to fully disclose the terms to customer) is a smart move... BECAUSE a satisfied customer is your best business investment. PetFlow, however, conducted itself in less than responsible manner, showed a lack of respect to the client, and has little regard to the business association. Now a Million Dollar Question: Give me one reason why should I return to PetFlow???

delivery of litter is once again, spilled all over. this time the cap somehow came off the container. logged on to account to request refund. despite the fact that i was logged in, i was required to log in again in order to submit an email, irritating, even more, the log in would not work. it is a good thing i do not rely on petflow alone for litter. now who is going to clean up the litter that spilled out of the box onto my newly refinished hardwood floor? not happy

Several cans had been ruptured and there was no shock absorbing filler in our package to avoid this damage. I would not use this site again.

I ordered dog food and the website said it had bags available to ship immediately. Food was shipped two weeks after ordered per information from fedex. This is food that I can not buy locally. I was left with having to change dog food and buy locally. Not happy!
