Easy & straight forward process when it comes to ordering. Delivery time is decent. However, if I have to say, prices are aching a bit on the high end. Overall, service is pretty good & your pet needs will be met.

I am happy with the selection and prices that Pet Flow offers. However, I ordered 2 small bags of dried cat food and 2 large bags of dog food as well as 48 cans of wet dog food. Approximately 90% of the cans I received had been badly dented in handling. The boxes were strained under the weight of the product when I received them. The dried dog food and cat food products arrived in tact, but the box was sagging at the tape lines and close to breaking it seams.

First time ordering and it went well and will order again when I need more food.

Price is competitive, and sometimes better than competition. Shipping was fast. No complaints.

I ordered two 30 lb bags of dry dog food. Only was was shipped but when I called customer service they immediately shipped the second. They were quick and very respectful. Prices are excellent.
