I've waiting over a week to receive my first order. If it's not here by Monday, I'm Canceling it and all future orders

I order my dogs food for the first & last time, but to begin with I order when I have about 10 days of food left for my baby. So I ordered on January 30th I wait for delivery which was supposed to be February 3rd well no delivery then on the 4th no delivery so on the 5th I check fedex to see where my package was. Well they said I refused the package. Seriously I wasn't even home I was at the doctors office. So I call and I was told I refused the package I said no I didn't I wasn't even home when the package claims to be here. They said they'd resend it. Well as of February 11th I have yet to receive my dog food. This was my first and this is my last!!!

Deceptive site, didn't get the discount it said I would. I will never buy from your site again. Remove my email address and USPS address from your data base, I want to forget I was ever dumb enough to place an order with you.

I recently purchased dog food I'm you and thought that I had a 100% satisfaction guarantee with the food I called the customer service department and found out that this is not the case I was told that once the food was opened it could not be returned regardless of the situation unless the food was spoiled or damaged I will never order from you again I will go to one of your competitors who offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed for any reason

I have already sent my dissatisfaction with your product.

I opened the box today and both bags are busted and dog food was falling everywhere. What a mess.

Yes, it's hard sending the right thing when someone orders something, but that IS what you're supposed to do

Ordered a cat food more than 2 weeks ago. First they said the food is out of stock and they will send it in couple days, a week after they said the vet didn't approve it. Then called back and said the vet approved but they have no food in stock. So they messed up my order. All this time my cat was without food. Last time order from this website and will not recommend the website to other people!!!!
