I ordered a bag of Canine Caviar dog food, 4 bully sticks, and one leash. I received the dog food (shipping seemed to take a long time), 4 bully sticks loosely thrown in the box, and a cable line. I didn't order a cable line, I ordered a dog leash. When I called they said they were out of leashes and they refunded the amount for the leash. I also asked why they just simply threw the bully sticks loosely in the box, and she said they should have been wrapped. It was careless packaging and I didn't appreciate it. Sometimes how you package something makes the biggest difference. I won't order treats from them again, and I'm on the fence about ordering food again from there.

I ordered 3 bags of dog food and 7 bags of treats on August 30th and my order didn't arrive until September10th. I called on Sept 3rd to see when my order would ship since I dind't received a shipping confirmation and the customer serveice rep said it was going out that day. I then called back on the 5th and had to speak to a manager because I still didn;t received my order. He informed me that my order had not shipped but would get to the bottom as to why. He was extremely helpful and returned my call as he said he would with the good news that my order would be going out the next day. All in all great concept and idea had my order come as it was suppose to.

Other than my order taking an entire week to get to me, I'm very happy with product and price. I will most likely try other products as needed. Update Feb. 2015: my last order of bully sticks gave the stinkiest product you can image - smelled like these things were dried feces. no exaggeration. I don't know where they came from or why the change, but am not buying these again from this company.

Y HAVE A TOLL FREE NUMBER if u not going to answer??? I placed sn order on Aug 12, 2013 for a JW Pet Large dog toy...and as of this date SEP 12, 2013, NOT received it NOR will yu all answer the phones... but u can continue 2 charge my acct 4 my monthly gift box. Please refund my money or send the merchandise or I will no longer order an post my displeasure on FB. thank u, Linda Womack

first time buyer. like your products and prices aren't bad. buy from doggyloot.com all the time because prices are very good and they ship everything for free. I am always telling people about this site because of shipping.

While I love the concept of this, I feel the box I received was geared toward smaller dogs and definitely not worth what was paid. My dog loved the treats and the stuffed squeaky steak toy. The vitamins were nice as I had just ran out. But then the other 3 things were more fit for a small dog. A bone about 3 inches long and 1 inch (at the most) wide is gone in one bite for my border collie and 2 strips of jerky. Overall just seemed cheap, especially compared to his barkbox subscription. I will try one more month, if I receive the same results I will be canceling my subscription.

My new puppy is a joy! He is a goldendoodle (second generation) and is 12 weeks old now. He looks kinda like a poddle. He is very smart and affectionate. He learns tricks and commands usually in one try. The toy that was in the box was coming apart after 5 minutes. He found a thread and pulled until it was about 2 feet long. This is not good. He still has his baby teeth so the chewy strips are good for him.
