PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I love petflow's autoship program, not only do you get discount, but it takes the guessing work out by having my pet's food automatically shipped whenever we ran out. you can always add more products to the scheduled shipping, which is great because it's free shipping! I would probably be shopping around for my pet's food from different sites or always looking for promotions to get the best deal each month, but the autoship program takes all that hard work out of the question. Thanks petflow!

Petflow.com has a a wide selection of specialty foods, which I need for my dogs with allergies. If I buy in bulk, I get free shipping which is great given cost of shipping 60lbs of dog food. I stopped going to my local pet store and use petflow.com now, and get better pricing. However, the email campaign & coupons to get customers to sign up for autoshipping is extremely annoying. I can't tell you how many times I get a great coupon offer via email, go to buy on the site & realize the coupon code only applies if you sign up for autoship. I wish they would send regular coupons that work even without autoship. The email coupons are just annoying at this point. I know I can unsubscribe but I do want to receive non-autoship coupons (if they ever start them back up again)

Not necessarily the best selection for all our pets needs, but I can usually find a pretty good deal on some of the things we regularly use. They always ship quickly and actually respond to customer inquiries so they're a lot better than some other companies. Would recommend for future purchases.

As stated, the only complaint I have is receiving dented cans. I realize this is probably not Pet Flow's fault but it is still annoying.

Website was easy to navigate. There are products that my big box store doesn't have. Prices were comparable.

I ordered 2 bags of Blue dog food and received 1 large bag of some other brand in error. I called customer service and they said Fed-Ex would pickup the wrong order and the corrected order would be sent out. I finally did receive the correct order today (1 week late)

recently they sent me a bag of moldy dog treats. Customer service was prompt and gave me back credit for the purchase. However, when I tried to leave a review (for other customers so they know to check the product for freshness), the site rejected my review. I do not think they are allowing consumers to share honest feedback and that's concerning. I do not want other pets to get sick eating the products that are moldy.

And I love my dogs can try the dog foods before I buy big bags or try new treats
