Pet Flow is great, some prices are a little high, but they have certain things other sites don't. Such as Salmon fish skins and a Pharmacy.

Selection, prices and shopping were very easy. I did not have to contact customer service so can't comment on that. The items were received within the expected time, but it took longer than I would have expected.

I always pick something different every time I order, in order to see if she (my dog ) likes it or not. I have discovered that she likes almost all of the rawhides,some alot more than others, but she will eat them all, some slowly some rapidly. I order a very large order every month for my one dog. Petflow has the most extensive and varying selection out there. This is why I adore them.I only order the rawhides, not any biscuits,because I buy all of my biscuits from another website that sells in bigger bags and they are alot cheaper.

You can't beat the prices for the bully sticks and since my pittie loves them so much I have to buy quite a few! The only bad thing I can say is that I didn't get one of the toys that I ordered. Other than that, no complaints! I'll be back for more!!

Petflow is a speedy way to get your dog food delivered straight to your door step in NYC. It is A LOT faster than petsmart, which took 7-10 days to get delivered. Pet flow delivered within 4 days. Although it can be on the pricey side unless it's on sale its a better alternative than waiting almost 2 weeks for your dogs food to be delivered. I particularly like ordering from them when they have sales on chews and rawhides.

Petflow has a great selection of products. They ship reasonably fast and the items are packed with great care. It takes about 4 to 6 days to get to my house after order has been placed/processed. My only (sort of) gripe is that when you sign up for automatic ordering/shipping you can't just pick a particular day of each month, you can only choose weekly intervals ( ship every 2,3,4,5,,,16 weeks). It is rather easy to log into the site and change your future dates which is nice but it forces the customer to stay on top of it. If you could just, for example, process the orders every month on the 4th or every 2nd month on the 10th this would help a lot for customers who get paid on certain days of the month and on a tight budget. My other only (sort of) gripe; I will have to stop or block their email offers, they’re killing my inbox. During April 2015 I received at least 33 promo emails from Petfolw. I LITTERALLY just got one while typing this! “25% Off USA-Made Treats”… OK, THANKS!!.. (Sarcastic thumbs up and wide toothy grin). A compiled flyer every week would be great and I’d want to check it out but when it's every single day and sometimes multiple times a day I just get to the point of once it pops up I get annoyed and I hit delete before I even read the subject. Even sending a promo every 3rd day would make a big difference, I probably won’t read it but it won’t leave a negative lingering feeling when it pops up. Slow down Petflow email guy, I won't forget about your wonderful site, I promise. With all that said; I have been very satisfied and I will say again that editing the orders is rather easy as long as you remember to do it and keep up with it.

Fairly easy transaction. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bag of cat food that I ordered wasn't sealed and was open in the box. Not a whole lot of it spilled out of the package, however I have never received an open bag of food when purchasing new. Upon inspecting the food, it appears to be what I ordered so I did not put in a formal complaint to the company. I will make sure to request unopened bags of food if I order from here again.
