My dog is a frequent connoisseur of treats, especially bully sticks. The ones I received smelled absolutely horrible. You could smell them through the bubble-wrapped envelope they came in like rancid meat. My dog wouldn't go near them. Granted they were extremely reasonable, but maybe because they are leftovers from the stores that sell them fresh. Even just $8 or $9 is too much to put right into the trash.

I was lured to PetFlow by a really great sale (1-cent for pig ears & duck sticks). But I was only allowed to be 2 of each. Okay that's fair enough. I bought a bunch of stuff to get the free shipping. I do NOT pay for shipping. Long story short - there are many items I want to buy on your site. Get rid of the minimum for free shipping and I will buy them. Otherwise - it's Amazon for me.

It took 18 days to receive order and 2 items were removed from the order 3 days after the order was supposedly shipped. Ordered 23 items and only got 19 items due to products being out of stock, days after my order was placed. I don't think I will order again.

The first order I had to cancel. I ordered food for my cats but after two weeks and nothing, I canceled it. The second order was for treats. It went through very timely and was great. So still on the fence for this company. I suspect the backorder on the food was not the norm, they must of had a problem with the vendor. But my cats still needed their food.

I ordered a variety of different products for my dogs and received an order confirmation stating that my order was processed & on the way to the warehouse for packing & shipping. A week later, I still had not received my order, nor had any kind of update from PetFlow about the status. Every time I went online to track the status of my order, it said the same thing... "processing". So I finally called them and when I (finally) got a customer service rep on the line he told me that one of the products in my order was on backorder (despite being listed as "in stock" online) and that was what was holding up my order. He could not tell me when the backordered product would be in stock, so we ended up having to remove that product from my order. Once that was done, the order shipped & I received it within a few days. I mentioned to the customer service rep that it would have been nice if I had been sent some sort of notification about the backordered product prior to me having to call and chase down my order status. He mumbled something about them "having just noticed that their computer system was not handling backorders correctly" and that they were fixing it. Not sure I believe that. But once I finally did get my order, all of the items were there and my dogs love the various treats & toys. The do have good prices and a good product selection. They just need to work on customer service & their order processing systems.

I ordered 4 items only got 3 and one I did get broke within 5 minutes.Just glad nothing was very expensive.

The bully sticks I bought were overpriced even at a supposed big discount.

I received the package it had a rip in it, and and a ant on the outside of it. I brought it into the house, I left it on the counter within five minutes my husband said the package was covered in bugs, he wrapped it in a zip lock bag and put it in the freezer. It will kill the bugs. Not sure if it's from the package being left on the doorstep by the post office or if it came from the company that way.
