First time buyer here. Thought I'd try it before committing and glad I did. Good service and choices. However, the prices for fancy feast were higher than most and the box of minced turkey had mostly dented cans. Disappointed in that. I used to buy monthly from another site but they did away with the fancy feast. If it weren't for the 'target practice' on the case of cat food, I would likely buy again but still looking for lowest prices and best quality. Thank you. (I did not throw the cans out because they weren't bubbled tops and can't afford to buy more so I thank God they seem to be ok. Lower prices, would help.

Offered LED dog bone for 99 cents with an order and after it was shipped told me they were out of LED dog bones, cheat!

I order prescription food for my dog every 2-3 months. After I place the order, i send the email with the original prescription attached and even doing this, PetFlow takes more than 5 days to look at it. I called customer service twice and they still have not seen / validated the prescription.

After an initial confusion over my address, by the time I got to reorder my items they were out of stock (On the same day they received the return items from me...how could they be out of stock?...all they had to so was return the very same packet back out). To make up the difference in the price I paid, I ordered a different sort of duck 'strip', the problem was they were not duck strips at all. They were in fact duck 'Lumps'. Had they been described correctly I would not have bought them. My dog is a rescue dog who has issues, and I know him very well, and knew he would not eat those 'lumps'. Overall, people were nice, but highly disappointed in product with which I eventually received.

I originally ordered 2 cases of cat food and 2 dog treats. If I doubled my order there was a deal, so I did, however the two Superior Farms Lamb Whistlers Dog Chews never made it in my box when shipped. I am in the middle of moving from one apartment to another, so I can't find the invoice to call customer service. It is my hope that these can be shipped out to me soon, or refunded. Thank you, Jennifer Figliozzi

I bought a thundershirt that was too big for my pet. I wanted to exchange it but they don' t have an exchange policy they refund and take the shipping fee back. Then you have to pay the shipping fee again and make the purchase again. Just a lot of hassle, I ended buying from a site that has an exchange policy with no shipping fee for returns.

Swift delivery of product. I ordered three times so far and on two orders the boxes were barely held together with the packing tape and there were 6 cans dented in the third order. Aside from that I am satisfied but if I get more deliveries of poorly packaged goods and dented cans, I will discontinue using PetFlow

I would like these people better if they didn't ship by FedEx Smartpost! I hate anything shipped by FedEx. It never gets here ontime. Unless you order dog food weighing over 15 lbs, they will ship your order by FedEx Smartpost that takes over a week to get to you. I would rather go to my local store and pay a little more than deal with FedEx.
